A unique water front property with a private 2-boat dock on 15 acres of well-manicured land with mowed grass, mature trees and wooded trees. A very relaxing environment in the peninsula - you can watch both sunrise and sunset! An excellent boat house and a fishing dock - fully lighted for night fishing right from the dock (you can catch catfish right from the dock). Get your fishing gear and fish in the best Bass fishing lakes in the country - Lake Fork! Canoe around in the lake, or bring your bikes/ATVs to ride around the property. Or have a relaxing candle light dinner on the fishing dock. This very well maintained, air conditioned 3 bedrooms (all on first floor) property is truly one of a kind! A ton of activities - fishing, basketball, badminton, *indoor pickle ball*, kids air-hockey, kids pool table, adults pool table, corn-hole, kayaking, kids ping pong or just ride around the property on your bicycles! 75" smart TV in the living room! Water filtration system installed for all your drinking water. Coffee lovers can have regular brewed coffee (coffee provided) or a Keurig machine - a few Keurig pods supplied with each trip! For the wine lovers, a bottle of Cabernet awaits you! Pecan trees, plums, an orchard with a variety of fruit trees on the property during the season.

There is a neighborhood boat launch within half a mile of the property (see the pictures)! You can dock two boats right at the property.

The boat and fishing docks are about 200 yards from the house - guests can drive their cars through the path (by the garage).

No loud parties allowed, please. We love hosting, let us know what specific needs your heart desires!

Owner was easy to work with. We had 4 adults and 2 tweens and we had a great time. Lots of games, hot tub and relaxing back porch. We had a pickle ball tournament, and walked to the dock. Very nice . Would recommend

kitchen had everything we needed, lots to do if you are traveling with children, we were there to fish but would love to bring the grandchildren next time. The driveway was tight for 3 boats to park. The house was clean, the property is beautiful, and the hot tub was nice after a long day on the water. Only complaint is the receptacles on the outside of small garage and in master bedroom did not work, and the beds were a little hard. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again

Tammy: thank you for the stay and review. The outlets were tripped due to the recent storm, they are now reset. I am glad you were able to use many other outlets that were around the property including at the dock.

House was clean. Missing amenities. Listing said shampoo, soap. There was a bottle of shampoo in each bathroom but only soft soap for sink. No bar of soap or shower gel. No wash cloths. The light bulbs were out in the dinning room and queen bedroom. No lamps on end tables beside the beds. Needed when retiring for the night. No dish cloths for washing dishes. Refrigerator had mold on the gasket around it. Ice maker did not work. This was no ready for guests. Hosts sent someone with a bag of ice and light bulbs. These items should be on a check list. Dock looked like it needed cleaning and there was only one light bulb for the whole dock area. Description stated that dinner could be had at the dock. This is not a true statement with the way it was.

Thank you for your stay! One of the three bulbs in the 3rd / queen bedroom was out, you said all three lights were out. We immediately sent the bulbs though you used only one and thank you for replacing the bulb. You said dinner table chandelier lights were all out. Chandelier had four 'decorative' bulbs, only one was out. In addition, there were six ceiling lights (150 W each) above the chandelier. The one small 25 W blown-out bulb does not impact the lighting at all. (We mentioned that we had a recent storm in the area, we often lose some bulbs right after the storm). Ice maker was not dispensing ice at that time as it was blocked inside (which has now been cleared). Hence, we sent a ice-bag within 30 minutes. Reg soap, we mentioned all additional supplies including soap are in the closet within five feet of the bathroom. Our cleaning crew and the property manager bent over backwards to accommodate you. We're a lake house in rural Texas with a lot of indoor and outdoor amenities to enjoy. We clearly were unable to meet your 'Ritz Carlton' expectations. Hope you find a property that meets your expectations elsewhere!

Great Family Vacation

Something for everyone with lots of space. We enjoyed successful night fishing, pickleball, floating on the lake, basketball, ping pong, grilling out, the hot tub, relaxing with movies, games, and cooking. The kitchen amenities were a great help. We never could find the life jackets but fortunately had a couple of our own.

Great place. Will be back next year. Couple things needs attention American Flag needs replaced in front yard and trees to dock need pruning for vehicle to drive through.

Weekend stay

Had a group of guys stay here to have a memorial for a friend who has passed. Slept 8 guys well, plenty of activities, caught a couple fish, great time!

Beautiful property, and very well provisioned home! We were amazed by the size and wonderful landscaping of the land. The lake was beautiful and my kids both caught bass and catfish. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of room for everyone, and lots of fun extra activities. Only ‘negative’ is that the walk from the house to the lake is a bit longer than expected, but again it was on a gorgeous path. A golf cart would be an A item to add.
