Very nice home. Conveniently located to where we needed to be. House was well kept. Host was responsive and helpful. We travel to Salt Lake to visit family and friends. We would stay here again.

The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed, and the house had plenty of beds. It made for a comfortable stay overall. The only downside was that the house is older, so the air conditioning struggled to keep the rooms cool at night. Still, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again.

Cottonwood Comfort

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen but no fry pan. There is an electric skillet but we couldn’t find the power cord. Restrictions on thermostat caused it to be chilly in the evenings. There are powered floor vents that run continuously creating a draft that makes it even worse. I contacted the host about the vents blowing constantly but didn’t get a reply. Use of the fireplace and kitchen disposal are prohibited. There are tenants living in the basement unit but that was mentioned only in the parking instructions. We think these things should have been conspicuously noted. The property info binder in the living room is old and needs updating. Overall this is an old house and it shows. It was an ok place to stay that met most of our needs but we would not stay again or recommend.

Home was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. The property’s other tenants were quiet and respectful of our privacy. Home looks well cared for. Location was on a busy street but near everything we needed to get to easily. Lovely Mill Hollow park nearby had a wonderful walking trail. Be sure to bring soap for your laundry. Bbq out back was great for cooking at the property. Very comfortable stay.

Great little spot

Comfortable little place for a group or family. While the curb appeal was less than great, the inside was nice and comfortable. 4 bedrooms and a living room were perfect! If it were nicer weather, we would have sat out back around the fireplace. Laundry was convenient and easy.

Snowbird/Alta Ski Trip

Very cozy and the kitchen was stocked with various cookware. It was a great place to prepare food for hungry skiers and facilitated quick/easy access to little cottonwood canyon.

Charming home with easy ski access

This home was the perfect landing for our family during our Utah ski trip. We also loved the easy access to the city, allowing us to enjoy a Jazz game while we were in town. Leslie was very responsive and we felt like valued guests.

Location really counts

Great place for ski vacation. Located close to the Cottonwood Canyon ski areas. Easy to get over to Park City and into Salt Lake city as well. Close by are great stores for groceries and vacation needs. We were a small group of 4 men. The place has 4 very comfortable bedrooms and nice living room. Kitchen was outfitted for cooking. We plan on staying here again for our next trip.

Awesome communication

Great place! Cute & cozy, the only thing I would say is I wish the water in the fridge would’ve worked (or maybe it did and we just couldn’t figure out how to turn it on) and how late the check in time is. Other than that there is lots of space to sleep and everything smelled good and was very tidy!

Very clean and safe. Nice large home.

Mainly needed a safe place to sleep and shower while in town. Very clean and safe location. Didn't spend to much time there. Keurig provided with K-Cups. I would have liked more creamers or some half and half. We ended up being so busy with work we never got to go to the store.

Great stay in SLC!

We had a great time at this property! We were in town for a family reunion and it fit our group perfectly. The rooms are plenty big, with good size closets for extra bags and things. Having two bathrooms also helped in the morning while getting ready. We found everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean and nicely decorated. And the arcade game was a surprise but also fun! The host was very responsive and took good care of us. Thanks Leslie for great stay!

Excellent stay

This property was exactly as described…close to freeway, places to play and great accommodations. The host was excellent at communicating and offered many tips. This is a perfect place for a large group.
