I enjoy cooking & fine food, skiing, water activities, hiking and intellectual exchange with people to hear and learn more about their experiences and share mine.
My wife Jette and I have 2 sons and 2 grand children, a great pleasure. They join us frequently to experience Tahoe and escape the busy streets of the Bay Area.

We started renting our out about a year ago and have a very positive experience. Nothing destroyed, no complaints, no problems and many happy visitors.
The penthouse condo is about 1000 sq foot, it is the upper left unit in a 4-plex. Unique design by an well known architect functions well with a feeling of openness to the nature with 15 foot ceiling in the great room with large windows and 2 story design with the main floor containing the entry + great room + dining + kitchen + bathroom + guest room, the upstairs is the master suite with bathroom + Jacuzzi + washer and dryer.
Looking out the windows you can se the Carson valley to the front and the nature area in the back. We are very close to Stagecoach ski lift with a 6 minute walk from our front door.
The pantry is stocked for your pleasure and all the cooking possibilities are there Jen-air 4 burner cooktop with oven, Coffee Maker, Toaster/air dryer, Microwave, Weber Gas grill on the patio, and all the pots & pans & dinnerware to make a fine result with dining table will pull-out ends that can support up to 8 people if you decide to invite guests over for dinner.
The Electronics are built up around ease of use and Hi-fidelity. 50" Sony TV with local TV channels, Apple TV for movies and more, Control4 remotes and home automation system for lighting, fireplace incert , sound, picture Sonos and more.
