The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area and sitting area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric griddle, etc.
- A large bay window opening onto the terrace
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the terrace
- A shower room with vanity unit, walk-in shower and WC

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace (shaded by an awning) of around 16 m² with a view of the sea and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A bike room in the basement
