The Space:

Welcome to The Clairborne Inn, your spacious and inviting home away from home in Fayetteville. This recently updated split-level home is perfect for large families, military groups, or anyone needing extra room.

The home features:

• Two separate living areas, one with a cozy stone fireplace (for aesthetic only-not for guest use), providing multiple gathering spaces.

• A bright, airy interior filled with natural light.

• A fully stocked kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances.

• High-speed WiFi throughout the home.

• Smart TVs with Roku in both living areas and the upper primary bedroom.

• A partially fenced backyard, great for kids and pets (supervision recommended).

Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 9):

• Upper Level Primary: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom.

• Upper Level Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

• Upper Level Bedroom 3: Full-size bed.

• Lower Level Primary Suite: King bed and an additional twin bed.

Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit with a $15 non-refundable processing fee. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.


Guest Access:

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and the backyard.

• Private Access: You will have the entire space to yourselves.

• Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless and contactless arrival with our smart lock. Access codes and instructions will be provided prior to your check-in.

• Off-Limit Areas: For your safety and our storage, two owner's closets and the garage are locked and not accessible to guests.

Located in the West point subdivision- family friendly, quiet and highly sought.



Getting Around:

Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Good Middling Drive making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• Guest Verification: We partner with Know Your Guest by Truvi for independent guest screening. You will be required to complete this prior to your stay. You will have the option to purchase a non-refundable $35 damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage, or provide a refundable $500 security deposit.

• Professional Management: This home is managed by a veteran-owned company. Our team is on standby to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay.

• Safety: Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras (at entry points), smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.

• Accessibility: Please be aware that this is a split-level home with stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and basic toiletries. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies from one of the many nearby stores.

We're always one message or call away if you have any questions or need assistance. Please note out Host Team is available 24/7 to assist with simple requests and ensuring guests check-in smoothly. Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.



Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
