Chill Beach front complex Two Queens at Top of the Gulf

Our condo building sits directly on the sandy beach. This unit only has a partial view of the water from one window. It has two queen beds and sleeps 4. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. Top of the Gulf does not have private balconies however, there is a large shared balcony on this floor with plenty of seating.

You will enjoy beach living at its best in this condominium that sleeps 4 and features modern décor. Both queen size beds have 12” memory foam mattresses. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a three burner cook-top and small oven. Our condo is equipped with Wifi, a keurig coffee maker, blender, iron and all necessary cooking utensils.
WE SUPPLY: All bed linens as well as 6 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. You are furnished a starter pack consisting of: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and two trash bags.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the same floor for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay.

This condo does not have a private balcony.

You must be 21 to rent and show I’d matching the name on the reservation Maximum occupancy is 4 people. This is a non smoking/vaping unit

Guests will have full access to the condo as well as all common spaces including pool, kiddie pool, grills, balconies, sun deck, laundry room, game room, exercise room, and private beach access.

Easily accessible and located in the heart of Panama City Beach, this condominium is convenient to everything: shopping, championship golf courses, restaurants, beach clubs, day/dinner cruises, museums, parks, marinas, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, gaming, amusement/water parks, mini golf, go-cart tracks, parasailing, airboat/seaplane adventures, dolphins, horseback riding, the Zoo, Gulf World, Pier Park and much more.

Parking for one vehicle is available on site. Upon arrival please go to the office on the 2nd floor and purchase a parking pass and armbands. The cost is $30 for one parking pass and four armbands for your entire stay. Only one parking pass will be issued per unit during busy times.

Must be 21 to rent and must provide ID upon check in that matches reservation.

Very Positive Experience

The property owner, Randy, was the best. He was so helpful and informative and the condo was lovely. It was updated and very clean and comfortable. Little touches like the wall plate by the bed having built in usb ports were nice. We stayed during a very busy time, but didn’t hear excessive noise and there was plenty of parking. Beach access was easy and there was a very nice pool area with a snack bar, much to the delight of my son. The building was older but well kept and clean and the staff we interacted with was friendly. We also could have walked to several different places (Alvin’s Island, Hersheys ice cream shop, various restaurants, etc) had we not been too lazy to do so. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit Randy’s property again!

Amazing beach trip!

Mr. Randy was a pleasure to rent from! Everything was clean upon arrival. He was very informative of things. The condo was close to everything you could imagine. The power even went down for a short period and he kept me very informed on the restoring of the power. We can't wait to book another condo through Mr. Randy. It was located directly on the beach which was a plus for us. Check in was simple. The major plus was they had beach chairs and beach toys in the condo and a blow dryer 🤣 I realized half way down I left my blow dryer at home. I can't say how blessed and lucky we got to find Mr. Randy's condo. Thank you and your family for allowing us the stay! Book it now, don't wait!

Good location

Great spot for my little family of 3. Super close to Walmart and fin activities offsite. Beach was beautiful! Condo was nice. Had one small issue and owner handled it quickly and professionally! (Nice guy!) We will absolutely rent this unit again.

Overall a nice experience

The condo was small but served the purpose as we were not in there much. Randy was quickly and easily reached and accommodated us nicely. The room itself was dated, but had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Indoor ping pong, outside games, and pool hours until 11:00 pm were a plus! The large indoor closet was nice to store our pool/ beach items daily. Beach access was easy and close to the room. Overall, it was a nice place for a family of three.

Awesome Beach Location

Well decorated, clean studio with kitchen, 2 beds, direct ocean front. Unit has a little view of the beach (but, you are not in your room much). Beautiful beach, gorgeous white sand. We highly recommend this condo.
