Unidad de reloj de mar 1614- Hermoso condominio frente al mar

Nuestra unidad está ubicada en 115th St. y Coastal Hwy. Ha sido bellamente renovado, pisos de baldosas acentuados con alfombras nuevas, remodeladas y completamente equipadas con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos.
Las dos habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen, sofá cama tamaño queen en la habitación familiar y 3 camas individuales, una litera y una cama individual en el estudio.

Está amueblado de forma cómoda y tiene 42 'TV de pantalla plana / reproductores de DVD en las dos habitaciones y en la sala de estar. También hay un reproductor de TV / DVD en el estudio.

Estás a pocos pasos de la arena y el surf. Puede escuchar el relajante sonido de las olas del océano desde la sala de estar, la cocina, el dormitorio principal y el balcón mientras disfruta de una vista panorámica de la playa y el océano. Disfrute tomando un café por la mañana en el balcón mientras observa a las marsopas nadar cerca de la costa.

Hay mucho que hacer en la Sea Watch: las piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, las canchas de tenis, el gimnasio y la sauna lo esperan. Al otro lado de la calle hay cines y un centro comercial. La tienda de comestibles está a solo una cuadra de distancia. Hay muchos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie o subirse al autobús y viajar todo el día por $ 2.

Great family vacation

Can’t get a better location for easy beach access. Owner was extremely responsive and quick to resolve minor issues we had. Would definitely stay again here!

The overall property was very nice and the unit we rented was satisfactory. I wished that the cleaning staff had done a better job but we were able to manage. The rug in the living room could use a refresh. Other than that we were able to enjoy ourselves for the week. The property owner was very accommodating and was a pleasant experience dealing with her.

It was so nice to have sheets & towels included -they were there when we arrived with an included hamper . Also there was toilet paper , tea towels , dishwasher soap & dish soap which meant we didn’t have to immediately go to the store . Having 2 bathrooms is awesome . Kitchen had every dish , cup , bowl we needed . Silverware ( there are only 4 teaspoons ) although there were only 4 of us I found myself washing them often to keep up with usage . Washer & dryer were so useful & easy to use . There were sand chairs & sand toys & boggie boards so we didn’t need to go buy any . It was a great week & I would love to come back in the future .

Fantastic All Around

This past week was by far, the best weather, of the season. To top that was the magnificent views from the balcony of 1614. The amenities at Sea Watch are abundant and the grandkids were kept busy and smiling the entire week...that's what life is all about!

Communication with the owner was excellent. We loved the unit and especially loved not having to bring our own beach chairs. The owner provides everything you need for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning next year—thank you!!

Awesome vacation

Beautiful view from the balcony and the condo was perfect for our needs. On property activities were fun and an unexpected pleasure. Melinda was great to deal with and the fact that she allows her renters to use her beach equipment was great and also a significant money savings over what the beach charges to rent chairs and beach umbrella. Would definetly recommend this propererty to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

Great location

The unit was nice as expected and very comfortable. The only thing i didnt expect was you enter the condo right into the den/bedroom. The ocean views are beautiful! The amenities we used - movie theater, exercise room, indoor and outdoor pools - were super nice. I recommend this condo for sure!

OC Vacation

Property was clean and could tell host is trying to keep the property presentable. Balcony with both ocean and bay views are awesome. Beds were comfortable water was hot and kitchen was supplied with the basics. although we took our own beach gear there was more than enough supplied by the host that we could have left ours at home. Private washer and dryer was great. Not a huge unit but more than satisfactory for our stay.. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

THE condo to stay at in OC

The Sea Watch is our favorite building in Ocean City and now unit 1614 is our FAVORITE condo!! The owner could not be more pleasant and I can't say enough nice things about the unit itself. Views for miles. We can't wait to return summer 2018!

Fantastic Condo w/ Amazing Views

We had an amazing anniversary/family vacation! The views and location were beyond amazing! Melinda was a great host- she was super friendly and responsive prior to and during our say! She has tons of pool/beach toys, chairs, etc. Not only that, but the amenities at the Sea Watch are incredible for the whole family to enjoy, we couldn't have asked for more!!

The condo was great! The amenities at condo were excellent! The views from balcony was amazing! From our front door we could see the Bay!!! There were 6 of us in our condo and plenty of room for everyone! Communication with owner was top notch! She gave us a list of things to do and see while there!! Everything was perfect!

Great location on the beach and great amenities! My teenagers loved the pickle ball, and volleyball courts as well as the movie theater. More photos of the unit would have be nice. I was not aware the the exit and entrance to the unit was through third bedroom/den where my teenager was sleeping and there was not a door to that ‘room’.

Great location, OK property

Property was a little dated and not as clean as we would have expected. Location is excellent though and we love the Sea Watch and all the amenities.Would note that the bunk bed is in the entry way and that’s where we had the kids so something to keep in mind. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and creaky. We brought our own pillows, sheets and blankets so cannot comment on those. Great views and there were a ton of beach chairs and beach items (pool noodles, boogie boards, kick boards). Lots of seating for outdoors. Melinda was highly responsive when we had a minor issue with a lock. Overall, we had a great time and it was a good base for our activities.

Great Time!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Ocean city at the Sea Watch. We stayed on the 16th floor and had an awesome view to the ocean off our balcony. When we first arrived we had a leaking sink so we called Melinda the owner. She immediately called and had someone repair it within the first day. We had easy access to the swimming pool and beach which we visited every day. We were also close to a lot of restaurants like Alley-oops and Tailchasers. The shrimp and grits were awesome. We were also close to Justine's for ice cream and Fractured Prune for donuts. Parking was kind of a challenge, but we decided to park on the highest level of the garage near the elevator to the hotel. We were also right across Gold Coast mall and the Green Turtle if you felt like walking to some places. We would definitely stay again.

See you next year

Property and location was the best. However the unit we stayed in was just okay. 1. Cleanliness. Needs much improvement 2. No toilet paper, paper towels, dist detergent, dish washer soap. No trash bags. So the first thing we had to do was go shopping. If we knew we needed to supply these thing, we would have brought them from home…much much cheaper. 3. TV in the one bedroom did not work at all . Many remote controls, but no directions, guides on how to operate. 4. We had to buy tape to tape down the living room rug. It curled up so much on the one end, we kept tripping on it. 5. No mirror in the one bedroom. OVERALL. IT WAS FABULOUS! We will be back next year.

one positive - good location and view

There were 5 of us ladies doing a girls trip. Communication with the owner before the trip was good - she had to mail us a set of keys - odd. Upon arrival, the lock on the door was a rinky dink single key lock on a flimsy door. No chain, no deadbolt. There was a hole in the door with duct tape over it where there had been possibly a more secure lock. We were able to unlock the door with a credit card. Bedrooms - master bed & 2nd room beds were comfy enough. The room with the two twin beds was horrific. It's a size of shoe box and the two beds are not even twin size. Moore like toddler beds but slightly larger. One bed had a box spring, the other bed had a very thin mattress. Two adults can not sleep in there. Checked out the sofa bed as a back up. FILTHY!! Couldn't even sit on the couch it was disgustingly dirty. So that bed was out. We weren't touching it. Condo description says it sleeps 8. It sleeps 5. No more.When we booked it, the VRBO description said there was a hot tub. It has now been taken off the description, but the Sea Watch condos do not have a hot tub - never have. The owner said she must have accidentally clicked that it did. One of the reasons we booked it was because it said it had a hot tub. The kitchen lite worked about 50% of the time. Very little light in the whole place. No ceiling fans in the unit. Pans from cupboard and remnants of rodents eating something. Felt very dirty. The whole place seemed rather dirty.

Several areas not clean upon arrival. Sent pictures to owner and she did say a cleaning crew would be in the next day to fix it. We later declined this and cleaned it ourselves. If anyone in your group is sensitive to mold, there is quite a bit in the AC closet. Again brought up to owner and didn’t seem like it was a concern. Master Shower broke during stay, and owner was quick to have it fixed. Outdated-Master bed has old metal frame that was super squeaky with the slightest movement. If you have more than 2-3 adults, there is very little seating in the living room to accommodate the group. Only one couch, an older small, wood with slats chair with leather covering and dining chairs, which were uncomfortable to sit in for too long. There are small 18” foot ottomans that could be used as well but for a place that can house up to 8 adults, a sectional or a second couch would be better. I would get rid of the huge tv cabinet and replace with more seating for practical purposes. Amenities of the building were nice. One and done kind of place. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great location but unit is horribly outdated

The unit has not been updated or cared for in many, many years and is filthy. The pull out bed in the living room is broken. The microwave barely fits a cup of coffee and is very tempermental. The master toilet did not flush properly, The drain on the air conditioning unit leaks into a bucket that we found overflowing, and the floor in the utility room was full of mold. The furniture on the deck consists of a handful of cheap plastic chairs and a plastic folding table that is rusted out and bent. The unit technically sleeps 9, however, it is way too small and ill equipped to handle that many people. The 3 twin beds are jammed in what really should be the foyer, and one queen is just broken pull-out sofa in the living room. So this is really a 2 bedroom unit that can only sleep and accommodate 4. The elevators are sweltering hot and take forever. If you want to enjoy your vacation, choose a different unit. The property itself is in a great location and reasonably maintained but there are many units in the building that are in way better shape than this one.

Second stay at this condo

Perfect location, beautiful beach and pool, responsive owner, luggage carts readily available. The only snag was that the parking fee increased to $50 but the info said it was still $40. Thankfully, I had the extra cash.

Our kids love Ocean City. It has brought many wonderful memories-the kids playing in the surf, building sand castles, hunting for shells and just relaxing on the balcony. As the kids have grown, it has been fun for them to bring along their friends to enjoy the Ocean City condo.
