The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
Smoking is not permitted.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We did not feel comfortable plugging in many item. Outlets were a big concern. They were very loose when putting plug in the outlet it would get pushed into wall socket , dirt n dust on lamps under n back of beds lamps ere a bit shabby as well! Old metal bunk bed was a bit in the older squeaky version! LR sliding door coyld not be opened the screen door was laying on deck. OSHA WOYLD PROBABLY HAVE ISSUES WITH BAD OUTLETS

Nice beach getaway except.....

Condo is in great location with a beautiful ocean view. Amenities in building are great especially if you have kids!My only complaints/suggestions are on our last day/night staying there in the am someone came into condo without notice and started delivering building supplies into hallway which was totally unexpected and strange but I received an apology and was partially refunded for the day for that mishap so there was that, which leads me up to my opinion/suggestions that the condo could use an update LOL! Also, the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail specifically in bathroom-hair, fridge/freezer-food particles, and under beds/furniture-trash/wrappers. All in all it wasn't a total bust so I would return again.

Nice beach getaway except....

Condo was in a great location with a beautiful ocean view. Amenities in building are great especially if you have kids. In my opinion, condo could use updating and more attention to detail from the cleaning crew tho, specifically in bathroom-hair, fridge/freezer-food particles, and under furniture/beds-trash/wrappers but not a total dealbreaker for a return visit. Also, upon our last night staying there, someone entered the condo in the am without notice and started to deliver building material in hallway. Totally unexpected and not a great experience but Vacasa apologized for the disturbance and I was given a partial refund for that day for the inconvenience so there was that. But overall not a total bust. I would return again for a visit despite all the mishaps.

The bathroom was dirty both of them. The bed had bedbugs. It just wasn’t clean the whole unit.

The things that I love they came to clean the bathrooms immediately which should’ve been done before I got there. I love the different activities and on the beach

Family vacation 2023

Everything very convenient. For a family you would not have to leave once there unless you choose to see other things. Lots to keep children entertained on site or within walking distance. Many restaurants close by or on site. For all meals. Starbucks and coffee shops within walking distance. Felt very safe it’s family friendly

Needs updating

This property has a lot of potential and with interior updates it would be worth coming back to. The location is spectacular with a million dollar view but the interior is seriously lacking. The entire condo needs to be upgraded as everything is worn and outdated. The condo suited our needs during our stay but we wouldn’t return.

In need of some updates

Be prepared for busy season if you go. We had a hard time getting a luggage rack to be able to bring everything for the week up to your room. My suggestion, check in later. We shared the condo with another family from a different state. So since we had 2 cars, they had to park a few blocks away. They were allowed to park in the parking deck while unloading. We checked in on Saturday and finally on Tuesday, they were able to get a parking spot in the parking deck. (You are only guaranteed 1 parking spot) The room looks a lot bigger in the pictures than it is in person. If you are staying for a week (like we did) and plan on eating at the condo, but prepared that there is only a small shelving unit to store your dry food on. There is not any cabinet space or a pantry. The condo was not the cleanest, the carpets are all strained and stiff feeling, the floors needed to be vacuumed and things needed to be wiped down. We cleaned after we unloaded the cars. The master bathroom is tiny. There is water damage to the wall behind the toilet. The wall was very soft. All of the outlets in the condo need to be replaced. You plug something in and the plug falls back out. They have one of those multi-plug things screwed into the outlets in a few places. The kitchen is overcrowded with everything you might need. We had to place things (Krurig *we used the regular coffee maker* and a blender) on top of the microwave, just to have enough counter space to cook meals. Just FYI, you have to unplug the internet to plug in the toaster. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, it's very worn out. It looks nice but as soon as you sit down, it is not comfortable at all. The loveseat cushions dip forward because they are worn in the front. The cushions are attached so you can not flip them. We placed a pillow on the couch to fill in the warn out part and keep from sliding forward. Other than that, the condo is in a great location. You are within walking distance to shops and resturants. Right across the street was the The Original Green Turtle. Very cool atmosphere and good food. We also loved walking to DoDo Cookie Dough and Ice Cream shop (so yummy). If you want to go outlet shopping, go to Rehoboth Tanger Outlets. They have more shops to offer and they are not too far away. As far as the amenities go at the condo, the kids loved the arcade on site. We did not take advantage of anything else.

Foggy bottom

No fault of the property, but, we had 4 days of heavy fog and intermittent rain. Unit 1302 was clean, but had small rooms and 1970s vintage bathroom and kitchen utilities. Balcony was nice size but again, weather precluded any view. Bonus though, we could hear the ocean!

Very nice property.

Everything was great from service and location. My only complaint is the bathrooms. If you are a full grown adult the toilets are not the correct size. I had to go down to the bathrooms by the arcade on the 1st floor I'd I had to go. Keeping in mind I was on the 13th floor. Just a minor update on toilets would go a long way.
