This Point Clear charmer was curated and furnished with families in mind, such as our own, and we have made sure to provide everything a large group needs to thrice while traveling. - Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, SmartTV, and private closet

- Bedroom 3 The Sleeping Room has 1 full bed, 3 twin beds, + a twin trundle pullout, a desk area, and a SmartTV
- Bedroom 4 The Sleeping Closet has 1 twin bed and a SmartTV (optimal room for a crib or the snorer of the group)

THE BATHROOMS
- Bathroom 1 the hall bathroom has a stand alone shower, vanity with single sink, hair dryer, and linen closet
-Bathroom 2, the Sleeping Room bathroom, has double sinks, a hair dryer, shower/tub combo, and a linen closet

OUTDOOR LIVING
The covered front porch and spacious covered back patio have ample seating, which creates the perfect setup for hours of playing games together, watching sports, or just visiting with loved ones. There is a professional, full-size gas/charcoal grill to make BBQing a breeze. The fenced in backyard allows for kids and pets to safely roam and play while not being able to wander off into the surrounding woods. Our gazebo, wired to be able to support a full band also has a sun deck on the uncovered top tier. And take it from us, belting out your favorite tunes will not result in disgruntled neighbors. The trees do a wonderful job of muffling your fun.

GAMES + FUN
This house comes with all of the fun, we've got something for everyone. Indoor, you can find a combo pingpong/pool table, an old school Pacman, a full-size poker table, and all of the board games your heart desires. As well as puzzles and coloring supplies for the kids. In the closet on the back porch you can find plenty of toys to get the crew out in the Alabama sunshine like Bocci, croquet, cornhole, fishing gear, and beach toys for the little ones. Enjoy chatting around the fire-pit in the cooler months.

KIDS
We provide the following:

PETS
Dogs are welcome on a *case-by-case basis* with a $300 nonrefundable fee. Please reach out to the Property Manager for approval of pets.
Dogs *must* be kenneled when you are away from the house or kept outside. Kennels can be provided upon request. Old blankets and towels can be found in the laundry room above the washer. Drop cloths to protect the patio furniture from wet dogs can be found in the porch closet. Please pick-up after your pet. Bags and pooper scooper are provided by the back door.
