Disfruta de la belleza de Mobile Bay, un paraíso sin descubrir a solo 30 minutos de las playas brillantes del Golfo de México.

La casa es una cabaña tradicional de la bahía que ha sido ampliamente reformada con énfasis en la comodidad y la relajación. La sala de estar principal cuenta con un área de cocina / sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta y tiene hermosas vistas de la bahía, que se abren a una zona de terraza con comedor al aire libre y parrilla de gas.

La casa tiene un muelle de 200 pies que conduce a un muelle cubierto y una terraza. En el interior, la cabaña tiene un dormitorio principal con cama king-size y baño principal con ducha.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo. El baño familiar tiene bañera y ducha combinadas. Para los niños hay una t separada. v habitación con juegos de mesa

La propiedad también cuenta con una casa de invitados con sala de estar y sofá cama convertible, un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, un baño con bañera y ducha combinadas, nevera y cafetera.

Este es un refugio perfecto para disfrutar de la paz y la tranquilidad de la bahía y las impresionantes puestas de sol. Está a solo 8 millas de todas las comodidades de Fairhope, una colonia de artistas con su amplia selección de galerías y restaurantes.

La cabaña también está a solo 30 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Mobile, con numerosas atracciones culturales, como el teatro, Mobile Symphony, Mobile Ballet y Mobile Opera.

Un corto viaje lo lleva al hermoso Grand Hotel at Point Clear, uno de los hoteles más antiguos del sur, donde puede disfrutar del té de la tarde o pasar un día en el lujoso spa.

Perfect cottage stay stocked with everything you need and more. Loved all the living spaces and the view of the bay was so beautiful. Wonderful place for porch sitting, too.

This cottage was a perfect stay for our family of seven...the screened porch, the large living area, open kitchen and dining...it was perfect...so much room to sit and be together..so much room to be separate! Furnished and equipped with everything we needed.

We had 6 ladies there for a girls weekend. The space was perfect to accommodate all of us. We never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of space for all of us to gather or for you to go off on your own. The screen porch was perfect for us. We all like to be outside but hate battling the bugs so the porch was a hit. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We had trouble with the keurig and in no time, the property manager was out there with a new one!! The house was clean; however, I did see a couple of small roaches. I let the property manager know so they could have the property sprayed. My only complaint was that the beds in the guest house were very uncomfortable, but nothing that a mattress topper wouldn't fix. I would definitely rent this property again without thinking twice.

We are very sorry to hear that you saw 2 small cockroaches......this is the first time in over 20 years of renting that this has been an issue. We regularly have the house sprayed and have not experienced any problems prior to this occasion. We have taken immediate steps, and we do not expect this to occur again. As for the beds in the guest cottage, we have not had this feedback from other guests but will certainly take note and address this as needed.

This is our fourth family stay at this house, and we always have a wonderful time! It's a great location and perfect for a family vacation. Monica is incredibly responsive if you need anything as well!

Great location and Sunset

We had a a great time staying here and spent the majority of the trip on the wharf. Fairhope is such a great town and only 10min away.

A perfect home and pier on Mobile Bay

Quiet Place to Relax

This is a wonderful place to relax for a few days. Sunsets are absolutely perfect when sitting at the end of dock. Cozy, quiet, & clean!

Golf getaway

Very pleased with the property - after playing golf every day, a restful spot to greet us upon our return; pods of dolphin and trying to see the beautiful sunsets were a bonus!

Great Place!

The home was wonderful and the property manager so helpful. Convenient to restaurants and town, but quiet and peaceful. Clean, comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The sunsets over the bay were spectacular. Great neighbors too. Will definitely stay again.

CHARMING COTTAGE WITH INCREDIBLE SUNSET VIEWS
