This home features four bedrooms: two with queen beds, one with a double bed, and one with both a queen and a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and cookware. An additional kitchenette offers a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, two burners, and a coffeemaker.

The home includes three full bathrooms—one newly remodeled with a luxury rain shower, one with a large shower, and one with a tub. A queen bedroom also has a private half bathroom. The home has five Roku TVs, with large ones in both living areas and three more in bedrooms.

The private backyard features a new deck with adirondack chairs, a grill, a fire pit with chairs, and a large dock. Ducks may occasionally visit and poop on the dock, but we clean it regularly.

Guests are welcome to bring outdoor chairs onto the dock. However, please make sure to bring them back immediately after use, as chairs left on the dock can blow into the lake. Missing outdoor furniture will result in a charge.

This vacation rental is in the perfect location in Tampa Bay. Not only will you be at a lakefront property in the city, you'll be very close to Raymond James Stadium where the Buccaneers play. You'll also be near the Yankees spring training site. You'll be a short drive to downtown Tampa where you can reach things like Ybor City, the Tampa Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and the famous Bayshore Boulevard. Outside of Tampa, you are an easy drive to the world class beaches such as St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, and, our personal favorite, Pass-A-Grille Beach. This spacious and relaxing Airbnb is within walking distance to Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, and close to many other attractions such as Busch Gardens. This short term rental is a great option for any vacation in Tampa Bay.

To receive the entry code for your stay:
-The rental agreement must be signed.
- A $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard, deck, and dock.

Feel free to park anywhere, except on the left side of the driveway in the grass, as this could damage our drain system.

For safety reasons, fires are not allowed in the indoor fireplace.

Please note, there is an outdoor camera on the property for guest security.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and supplies may not be available during your stay.

Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be on-site for maintenance or construction, but they will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.
