Cozy Luxury Townhome with 2 bunk beds. Family, Pet and Fun Friendly

Our Northern Retreat Townhome is a gem nestled in a haven of quiet woods. This place is calling to you...its time to finally relax and breathe in the beauty.

This large, beautiful 2,200 square foot townhome, comes with a king suite, a guest room with a queen bed, a guest room with 2 bunkbeds, and a fold-out couch downstairs. The bunkbeds have a double-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

The Northern Retreat Townhome can comfortably sleep 8-10 people. Depending on comfort in sharing bunks and beds, and the ages of children, it could sleep up to 12 people. After 8 guests there is a charge of $15/night per guest.

Pets are welcome with a $25/night set fee for your Stay Spa Retreat, with a 2-dog maximum.

The patio out the sliding glass doors has a grill and gas-powered fire pit. Sitting at the outdoor table and chairs gives you a look at the lake through the woods. The balcony off of the Master bedroom overlooks the lake.

Amenities include 10-foot ceilings, 2.5 baths, music in lower level and master bedroom, hardwood kitchen floor, stone counter tops, beautiful cabinets, incredibly comfortable high quality beds and linens, plush leather furniture, a garage stall in the attached garage, all in a quiet setting approximately 1/4 mile from the Lakefront Bar/Restaurant, Marina, and Beach.

Located on the Snowmobile & ATV trails. Only 25 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells. Spend the day exploring the gorgeous Castle Rock Lake area, experience the night life and local flavor then slip away to a peaceful nights rest.

Annie’s Townhome was just the right size for our family. It’s well stocked with everything you need for cooking your own meals. Lots of room in the great room/ kitchen/dining area. She was very responsive when I had a small issue. They were there in a few minutes to help fix the issue. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay near Castle Rock Lake.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay on Castle Rock Lake. The County Park next door is awesome. The beach is really nice, and the facilities are very clean. The home was very spacious and a great location. We hope to visit again in the near future

Lovely, quiet location!

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay on Castle Rock Lake. Annie was very accommodating to our needs. A large, clean space was perfect for our family of 9 to gather. The area is very quiet and praceful. We enjoyed renting a pontoon, the lovely beaches, nearby playground, state parks and the proximity to the dells. We enjoyed the boat tour to Witches gulch and the visit to the deer park. The local meat market had a wonderful selection! The only thing that was missing from the kitchen was a large casserole dish which would have been handy for a large group like ours.. We comfortably slept 8 people but did need an air mattress for the 9th as the advertised pull out couch is not sleepable at all. Other than that, it was perfect.

Nice location

Overall nice location and nice property. A little disappointed lake access wasn’t on the property, but the restraint down the way was easy to deal will and had an open spot to dock my boat over the weekend.

Fantastic views and super clean place!

This place is fantastic! Peaceful, relaxing and super clean. The view is spectacular. It's right on the lake with two beautiful parks nearby. The townhome is well equipped with everything anyone can need. I will definitely stay there again.

A wonderful Wisconsin retreat !

Castle Rock Vacation

Our family had a great time! Gary's place is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for parking our vehicles and we spent a great deal of time in the yard daily. Gary was a fantastic host, communicating before and during our stay. We'd definitely recommend Gary's place!

Mauston Stay

This is a beautiful condo right next to Castle Rock Park. The condo is large with everything we needed for a few night stay. Owner was great with responding to questions. No lake access, which we knew and was fine for this trip. Would definitely recommend and book again.

great place to stay

large townhome very comfortable for 8 of us, well-stocked kitchen, great communication with questions, check in process, etc., king bed is super comfy, cousins has fun sleeping in bunk bed room together, gas grill worked perfectly. and best of all, during the week the lake is dead which made our wake surfing and boarding, and anchoring with lily pad very enjoyable, we were also able to get a slip at the marina (but, beware they will not call you back if you try to reserve beforehand; we got it when we arrived, luckily they had a few open spots) Cons: TV in living room was small which made it tough to watch the olympics at night, no great view of the lake from the living room

Absolutely loved it!!

It was very easy to set up and the owner was amazing to work with for changes or questions. We were so impressed with how beautiful and spacious the home was. It met all our needs but wish we would have known it wasn’t directly on the beach like the pictures made it look. However, even though it wasn’t on the beach, it was very close and we loved the quiet peacefulness. We will definitely go back again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful serene retreat

Beautiful townhouse set within a serene woods and lake view. Close to everything you need and within 30 minutes of Wisconsin Dells. Townhouse was spacious and beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the oven and within a short phone call was addressed and fixed. Only downfall was the establishments near by were closed during our stay, but others were a quick drive down the road. Took advantage of the nearby water sports rentals and enjoyed the beach which was a short walk. I highly recommend!! We had a great time!

"Well, I have been involved with the property since its construction in 2006. It served our vacation needs very well and we are pleased to offer it to you.


Obviously the lake is awesome along with all the year around activities that are available… fishing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, boating, trails, etc…. Also, it is only a few hours North of my childhood home. No need to drive 4 or 5 hours North!"
