Welcome to Your Perfect Lake Getaway! The community only allows weekly rentals. We do price in the off season accordingly to help offset the time with a cost break. We hope you can stay.
ABOUT THE SPACE
Our fully remodeled home offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and style for your next family vacation. With 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, a cozy den, and a private bedroom on the main floor, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of 3 full bathrooms—a private master ensuite, a shared bath upstairs, and a full bath on the main floor.
THE COMMUNITY - SPINNLER POINT
Enjoy full access to Lake Wallenpaupack through the private Spinnler Point community. You'll find:
4 private lakefront areas with picnic lawns, docks, and swimming spots
2 boat launches and a nearby marina for rentals
A boat slip just a 10-minute walk (0.3 miles / 1500 ft) from the home
Boat Restrictions:
Max size: 23 ft (pontoons/sailboats up to 26 ft)
Registration info for both boat and trailer is required before arrival
Rented boats must comply with size limits
GUEST ACCESS
Contactless check-in via lockbox
Full access to the house (except a portion of the basement)
You'll receive a Digital Welcome Guide upon submission of required forms
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of your group must be 30+ years old (children with parents excluded)
Remaining guests must be 25+
A short-term rental agreement is required after booking (per community rules)
This home is family-focused and not suitable for parties.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This home is managed by a local real estate agent to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. A Rental Agreement and Reservation Form must be signed and submitted within 48 hours of booking.

This home has been in the owners family since she was a little girl and she cherished her time at the lake. They now have lovingly restored the home after many years of it sitting vacant. Sharing their childhood home that they enjoyed so much with guests is a true pleasure and careful planning for guests needs were taken into consideration when choosing the finishings. We hope you find it just as relaxing as they do.

The original house was built by the owners father in the 1960. After many years of being unoccupied, they decided it was time to remodel and share with guests what they experienced as youngsters growing up "in the mountains".
