Spacious 4000 sq ft log home Lake Wallenpaupack nested in 3 wooded acres teaming with wild life. Beach access and hot tub. Conveniently located off I84 and in the heart of Delaware State Forest, perfectly set up for up to 4 families. Minutes from Promised land State Park with great hiking and much more! Three of the four bedrooms have their own private bathroom, and these bedrooms have their own AC units. The fourth bedroom has a full bathroom right outside the bedroom. There are ceiling fans and portable fans throughout the other living spaces. Brand new AC installed in family room area. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need. There are 4 TVs in the house with fire sticks or smart tvs with access to Netflix and YouTube tv/Roku as well as DVD players. Large Gas fireplace. Large deck with covered 8 person hot tub open all year, bar, BBQ, large 10 person patio table and comfortable seating. The deck at night is a wonderful place to star gaze. The downstairs has the 4th private bedroom, some gym equipment.. with a 60 inch tv and Game Center. (Xbox 360 and PS 3 ). The property has basketball net, cornhole ,and a large fire pit. For those who bow hunt, there are 2 tree stands on property closely situated to each other perfect for a father/son hunt. Also comes with passes to private beach and large gazebo great for BBQ. (Just down the hill) Pinecrest marina right next to the beach if your interested in docking your boat. Tanglewood Golf Resort on premises. This was a great place for our family to gather for a reunion. This was the second time we've reunioned at Heaven's Haven. The large living room filled with comfy furniture and the big deck with plenty of places to sit, including a large table with umbrella (plus gas grill!!!), gave us the perfect spaces to be together, either indoors or outdoors. The hosts were fantastic at communicating - checking in with us along the way, but not intruding. The house is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, making it easy to go for walks. Had the weather been nicer, we would have used the firepit as well. I highly recommend for a large group or family gathering, and you couldn't ask for better hosts. Thanks, Chris and Tricia!

Annual winter vacay

The log home was beautiful and spacious. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family. We made good use of the fireplace as it was a very cold week. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Unfortunately, not able to use the hot tub as it was in need of repair. Tricia and Chris were very apologetic and made things right by giving a refund for this lack of use. They were both great in communication before, during and after our trip.

Surely Heaven

We had a wonderful time at Heavens Haven. The house is beautiful and everything you need is there. We especially enjoyed the large deck. Our dog was able to enjoy outside without being tied up. Chris was so accommodating and kind. We will be back! Angela

Great house

Our family had a very nice time staying at this house. There is a lot of nice hiking in the area. The house is well supplied and they had a few treats for us upon arrival. Communication was great. They told us about some updates that are coming for the house but nothing that was off putting. The beds were comfortable and I would return again if we were in the area again.

My family, including my adult children and grandkids, had a great time. The host was available and the place was good. There is some work to be done on the property, which includes painting the deck and other small construction projects. We enjoyed the many rooms and the availability of beds and bathrooms. The lake was so enjoyable. Thanks for a memorable time so we could Chill Out

Lake Wallenpaupack Family Weekend

We had a great weekend at this log cabin style house. The place was very spacious, had a very large deck and a great property with fire pit. There were six of us and there was plenty of room. A few minor issues but definitely nothing that would stop us from renting again! Chris was very accommodating and wonderful to work with! We have rented other places and were so happy that Chris & Tricia took the time to label light switches! Awesome weekend - planning on another visit!

Great house and excellent communication

We stayed at this beautiful home for Friendsgiving, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location was perfect, with plenty of scenic hikes nearby, and the lake added to the charm. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, making it easy to prepare our Friendsgiving feast. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and small details like labeled light switches were a surprisingly helpful touch. The hot tub was a major highlight for our group, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was fantastic, communicating clearly and promptly, which made the whole experience seamless. If you're looking for a cozy, well-appointed rental in a great location, this is the one! We’d absolutely love to return.

Perfect for our family reunion

Six members of my family, and one dog, stayed here for 4 days and nights. Several other family members live locally, so when we gathered for the day and evening, there was a total of 13 of us and this house was perfect for us. It has a huge deck with lots of comfortable seating and a large shade umbrella for the big table (thank you!) as well as a large living room with lots of comfy seating, a large table for mealtimes, and lots of options for other other spaces to play games, watch a movie, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the wooded setting is beautiful, with lots of birds and the occasional visiting deer. It’s very peaceful. The owners were great to communicate with and always quick to respond. We highly recommend.

What a Stay!

Right from the jump, Chris was proactive with communication, not only ensuring we got access to the property but also ensuring that we didn't have any questions or concerns. This beautiful gem had everything we could want or need for our long weekend get-together. At night, the deck was the place to hang, looking at the stars; no light pollution here! During the day, there was plenty of space to hang, including a really cool bar area. When it rained, we discovered the house was fully stocked with games and movies to keep us occupied. The hosts truly thought of everything...we didn't even get around to using the downstairs gym or hot tub - next time! Checkout was easy, again, thanks to great communication from the hosts. Every one of us loved the house (some may be back soon with their families). Overall, it was a wonderful experience! 100% recommend.

Beautiful, serene getaway

Our stay was wonderful. Chris was a fantastic host, and he was very communicative- he checked in to make sure we got into the house and had everything we needed. The house was large and beautiful, very rustic, open and airy. The pictures didn't even do the house justice. It's really gorgeous. When we got to the house, there was a bottle of wine, eggs, milk and cheese stocked just for us in the fridge. They keep their pantry stocked with cooking spray and seasonings, coffee, tea, olive oil etc so you don't have to bring those things with you, which is super convenient and cost effective, as i have had the experience where some stays are totally barren. There is a bar with an ice machine, shakers, fancy bar glasses. They had board games and cards, a large jenga, and a dart board. The bedrooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and some toiletries. The porch is a great place to have your morning coffee and look out on nature or have a cookout with family as the patio dining table is very large and can accommodate a big group. We also used the gas grill to cook dinner one night. We used the fire pit every night we were there. There is plenty of firewood stocked for use. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be taken care of, but overall we had an excellent time and would HIGHLY recommend this log home for a real Pocono experience!

This property, only 2 hours from midtown NYC, feels like worlds away! This spacious 4,000 sq.ft.LOG HOME equipped with a Large 8X8 HOT TUB(outdoor and open ALL YEAR ROUND ), BAR ROOM, FIREPLACE, FIREPIT and much more! It has 4 bedrooms(each with their own bathroom!) and a powder room in the foyer. There are four flat screen televisions with firesticks for streamingAC units in bedroom and a brand-new AC installed in family room . A large 32X18ft deck with LARGE WEBER BBQ and LARGE 10 chair patio table with umbrella as well as patio furniture with tablefor a sitting area. This house is truly the perfect all year round getaway. HEAVEN'S HAVEN is about 35 minutes from SKI BIG BEAR .We are under an hour from many others like Mt. Snow, Montage Mountain Jack Frost. Also WATERPARKS KALIHARI and CAMELBACK are both under an hour!!!! Those waterparks are ALL YEAR ROUND! We are equipped with a couple of large crock pots, SO SET ON LOW AND GO:) IN THE SUMMER MONTHS....we have what most people do not.....PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE LAKE! HEAVEN'S HAVEN comes with passes to a picnic area on the lake with a BEACH and BBQ W/GAZEBO! for those with young children....this is perfect! ONLY MEMBERS can go to this beach, so should not get too crowded. PINECREST MARINA is right next to the beach ,and boat rentals are available there. This beach is only 1.5miles down the hill.
