Three of the four bedrooms have their own private bathroom, and these bedrooms have their own AC units. The fourth bedroom has a full bathroom right outside the bedroom. There are ceiling fans and portable fans throughout the other living spaces. Brand new AC installed in family room area. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need. There are 4 TVs in the house with fire sticks or smart tvs with access to Netflix and YouTube tv/Roku as well as DVD players. Large Gas fireplace. Large deck with covered 8 person hot tub open all year, bar, BBQ, large 10 person patio table and comfortable seating. The deck at night is a wonderful place to star gaze. The downstairs has the 4th private bedroom, some gym equipment.. with a 60 inch tv and Game Center. (Xbox 360 and PS 3 ). The property has basketball net, cornhole ,and a large fire pit. For those who bow hunt, there are 2 tree stands on property closely situated to each other perfect for a father/son hunt. Also comes with passes to private beach and large gazebo great for BBQ.
