First let me say how over the moon happy we were with this space. It was like having our own private residence in the hustle and bustle of the village. Steps away from everything but all the privacy you would want. These hosts are very kind and simply lovely people. They meet us for check in, showed us all the ins and outs of the space, including how to use all the appliances. The space is extremely well appointed and had all the comforts of home. There was no detail left unchecked. They honestly thought of everything. The space was extremely clean and well maintained. We would have given this just 10 stars if we had the option. We are ready to book again and we are very much looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful accommodation. This part of the Oriental Bay is a relaxing, resort-like area a quick walk from a gorgeous beach and its many chair lunch operations as well as to about 10 great dinner restaurants. The unit is very comfortable for two with a nice balcony. Being three flights up (stairs) gets you views of palm trees, nearby buildings and lots of sun (but no ocean views). While technically above / behind some shops, you'd never know it - it feels like the nice condo complex that it is. Our hosts were fantastic. We were met at the unit when we arrived and given a full explanation of features. We also received great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. around the island. We found the suggestions to be spot on. We were very happy with our unit, location and hosts, and would gladly stay again!

Great Studio Rental in Orient Village

This was a wonderful studio rental. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet & always felt safe there. The balcony was nice to sit on and enjoy our coffee & croissants from a wonderful bakery just below us. Free parking was a plus. Everything was in walking distant, from the beach to restaurants and groceries. The rental managers were great and not far away if we needed them for any issues which we did not have any. Highly recommend this rental & will rent again when we return. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice stay

We were very happy we selected this studio. The place was very comfortable with an excellent bed. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We loved the location. Close to the beach and so many great restaurants within a short walk. Patricia the owner was very helpful getting us checked in and familiarized with the studio. Having the kitchen already stocked with some wine and beer was a nice surprise after a long travel day. When we come back to St Martin we will definitely stay here again!

Patricia helped me throughout this stay and was always very helpful with anything and everything that We needed the place was super clean and even a little extras that she left for us to enjoy. Perfect Vacation Stay and Fabulous Host

We have been coming to St. Martin since 2004 and this, by far, was one of our most favorite experiences. Our host, Bruno and Patricia, are a lovely couple who met us when we arrived to familiarize us with our home for the next 12 days. The studio is ideally located in Orient Village and the access to restaurants, grocery stores, and Orient Beach was amazing. We didn’t want to rent a car and everything we needed for our stay was right within reach. The studio is quiet, comfortable (the bed is so great), very clean, has abundant storage, the air conditioning is almost silent and we loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast, lunch and dinner when we chose to eat in. Sundowners on the balcony were fun as we watched the coming and going of people into the village. Bruno and Patricia were so kind. I couldn’t find distilled water for my CPAP machine and after I asked if they knew where I might located some, Bruno took it upon himself to supply me with an ample amount for our stay. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you Bruno and Patricia, and your friend Delphine who looked after us while you were away. Bob and Marilyn

Exactly as advertised

My wife and I have travelled to Orient Bay many times staying at various hotels in the area. This is the first time we have rented an apartment and could not have been more pleased. Patricia and Bruno were great hosts, apartment was spotlessly clean, and location was fantastic. We rented a car, really wasn't necessary as you are close to everything you need. Already planning on returning to this property as soon as we are able.

10-day stay

The studio was clean and had all the conveniences of our apartment back in the states. My fiancé and I would cook breakfast for ourselves in the kitchen and eat on the balcony. We’d walk to the beach for the day. 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for 30 Euros is the typical going rate in the area. The location has restaurants, a small convenience store, and small market for essentials nearby. It’s a quick drive to the super U (think US size grocery’s store), pharmacy and gym - all in the same shopping center. The owners are friendly and responsive and I would recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxing vacation.

Oct getaway and week visit to Orient Beach, St. MArtin

Excellent third floor studio near many restaurants and beach. Choices of places to eat in morning just below studio. Easy short walk to many restaurants for lunch and dinner. Studio apartment was exceptionally clean and Bruno, the host, on arrival, personally greeted us and explained how everything works. The whole island had water brief outage while we were there and owner personally came by and made sure we had an alternative cistern water supply until water was restored. We would come back again and stay to enjoy the hospitality of the owners and the community

Perfect Location, Perfect Studio & Amazing Hosts

We have stayed previously in St. Martin. Nowhere we’ve previously stayed though has come close to this property. The location is within walking distance of the Orient Village restaurants and shops. We usually cook our own breakfasts in St Martin. Not this time, we fell in love with an amazing bakery cafe that is seconds from the property. Orient Beach is a 3-minute walk at best. One could stay in this area and never leave, but why do that. The restaurants of Grand Case are less than a 10-minute drive away. The shops of Marrigot are 15 minutes away. The area is a gated community that is patrolled by security. Parking was always available directly in front of the studio. A few nights we stayed out quite late and returned well after midnight. We felt perfectly safe when we returned. Patricia and Bruno are the perfect hosts. Their communication throughout the booking process, arrival and during the stay was amazing. We could tell they were concerned that we were happy with the studio and that we had everything we needed. They obviously put a great deal of thought into the studio and the amenities. The studio itself was perfect. The patio has not one but two sets of storm shutters. One you close to keep it clean from rain and dust when not in use and another on the patio doors to block the morning sun, allowing one to sleep longer after a late night. The kitchen has everything one could need, though with so many great restaurants close by it was seldom needed. Upon arrival the studio was spotless. We found the bed to be very comfortable. For the few times we did come back early or waited to go out late, the couch was comfortable, and the smart TV worked well, allowing one to access streaming accounts that you may have. I really can’t say enough about the hosts, the area and the studio. We were truly in love with staying here and cannot recommend it enough. I wish I could give every category more stars. I would stay here again if available for my return and definitely recommend it to others.

Comfortable loft very close to Orient Beach and restaurants.

We stayed at Bruno and Patricia's loft for eight nights. It is well equipped with a full kitchen and all of the accessories that anyone would need. We used the balcony often. It is steps from the beach and the many restaurants at Orient Bay, and directly above a bakery. There are small but good shops close by for groceries, wine, etc. It's a great place for a beach vacation.

Just Perfect!!!

Patricia and Bruno's apartment was everything we wanted and more. We were a very short walk to the beach and the village restaurants were even closer along with a couple of small grocery stores. We do rent a car to explore the island and we always had ample parking available to us when we returned to our apartment! The unit is decorated so cute in colorful teals and purples. There is a great little kitchen and plenty of storage. The pictures are exactly what you get and more! It is so nice when you get to meet the owners on arrival and that is exactly what they do. Patricia was always available when we had a question or two and replied promptly to us. You will not be disappointed! We highly recommend this unit and although we stayed a month later than our normal visit to St Martin, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you again, we love your island!

My wife and I spent the holiday here. 3 weeks. We totally enjoyed the studio and were very comfortable for that length of time. Location is wonderful. Patricia and Bruno were wonderful. Great place in Orient Bay!

Very cute studio perfectly located in Orient Bay. Right in the center of the village, about 1 minute to the town square and 2 minutes to the beach. Fully equipped with everything you would need for any length stay.

Excellent experience

My husband and I enjoyed our 12 day stay at Orient Bay/Village. Everything you needed was close by… stores, restaurants, entertainment and easy navigation to any place you wanted to visit. The studio itself was immaculate and furnished with everything needed for a short or long stay. We loved the balcony just above the Good Morning Cafe which quickly became one of our favorite places. I spent every early morning sipping my tea and watching early risers walk their dogs quietly through the village and the cafe being set up every morning and come to life. A short walk to the beach to walk every morning also became routine for us as we watched everything being set up for each day. Patricia was very accommodating and always quick to answer and assist with anything that we needed and recommendations of things we might like in the area. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone who wanted to stay at Orient Bay/Village.
