Alquiler de vacaciones "La Bevelle" Orient Bay Village

Lynn and I are both full-time nurses living and working in North Carolina. We bought this condo as our retirement home because we love St. Martin very much. We plan to partially retire here in the near future, but until then, we will rent it for others to enjoy.

Lynn and I feel that we've picked the perfect location for couples to relax and enjoy what we think is one of the greatest beaches in the Caribbean, Orient Bay Beach; not to mention all the fun and fabulous restaurants that are within walking distance.

Lynn and I, over a two year period, purchased brand new items and furnishings from the States and had them shipped to St. Martin in a twenty foot sea container. La Pierres Marble, located on the Island in Hope Estates did a wonderful job renovating and remodeling the apartment, from all white marble floors and granite counter tops to state of the art appliances and electronics. At the end of the renovation, which was a week before hurricane Irma, we completed the project. Unfortunately, hurricane Irma caused some drywall and paint damage, but it was quickly repaired soon after the storm. The pictures you see in this ad were taken February 2018. Lynn and I stayed in our condo during Hurricane Irma, and we are truly blessed to say that our vacation home stood-up to the challenge.
