NEW! Waterfront Lake Norman -Hot tub, dock, kayaks, paddleboards

The entire lower level of our gorgeous Lake Norman home is yours to enjoy as well as 2 private waterfront acres. You will often have the place to yourselves as we love to travel when it rents! Our home is located in an upscale residential neighborhood so absolutely no parties!

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment is bright & spacious w/ 12 ft. high ceilings & lots of natural light in the open concept kitchen, living, den area. A private covered patio with grill, hottub and table will greet you at your private entrance.

Our dock has space for your boat or we can help you rent one from a local marina. The dock has 2 lounge chairs to enjoy as well as 2 kid kayaks, 3 adult kayaks and 1 tandem kayak. We also have 2 paddle boards, a floating lily pad island, a family canoe & several floats and life jackets. The cove has deep green water & is the perfect spot to swim, float or fish!

Other fun areas include a fire pit, driveway basketball, a ninja line in the woods by the creek & a shaded hammock by the lake.

Our guest suite includes a large living /den area w/ ping pong & arcade basketball. The 65 inch smart TV has access to YouTube TV, Amazon, Disney & Netflix.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. The other room has 2 twin beds and a twin bunk bed with trundle (5 twins total). We also have a port-a-crib available upon request.

Because of allergies we are unable to accept any pets or smoking on the property. Please remove shoes inside the home.

This Lake Norman getaway did not disappoint! The home was spotless, the beds and couch were incredibly comfortable, and we absolutely loved spending time by the lake. We stayed busy exploring North Carolina — visiting the Biltmore Estate, the Richard Childress Museum, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte — and it was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of adventures. My son especially enjoyed the ping pong table and is already asking when we can come back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Amazing!

This was our first family experience with VRBO and it will definitely not be our last. The kids loved every minute of it and said this was the best vacation we had ever been on. We were able to dock our jet skis to the dock adjoining the property. Everything the site said the property offered was there. The kids enjoyed canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, ping pong and indoor arcade basketball as well as jet skiing anytime they wanted to. The hot tub was nice as well. I highly recommend this property. It is was very clean and beautiful, inside and out.

Great location for adults

The home was nice and clean, and the owners were very helpful. The only thing keeping me from renting this home again is the unbelievably steep hills. The walk down the hill from the driveway to the door was not safe, especially carrying luggage, and a baby. The yard is not suitable for children or elder adults. The walk down to the dock is on a steep dirt hill, not safe for young kids, carrying a baby, or even adult's in wet flipflops. No steps or hand rails were in place to ease the difficult terrain. We enjoyed the home and all the toys and games they provided for us to use in the water. I would not suggest this location to families with young kids, or anyone who might have issues walking up and down the hills multiple times.

Beautiful home with waterfront property. The host had great communication and quick to answer. We had went down in search for our next vacation home and this property provided the accommodations we needed to explore.

Great vacation spot!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lakehouse. It was open and spacious as well as very clean. My sons enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding as well as the ping pong table inside. I highly recommend booking this spot.

Very relaxing and great location to the lake

Fishing, being on the water, going to the Hiddenite mine, and visiting quaint small towns. It was a great experience-very relaxing and a great way to spend time with my family. Everything was wonderful - we only had to bring ourselves and food. Plus, the ping pong table was so much fun!!

Great basement apartment

We had a great stay. Lots of water toys available for use. Dock was perfect for the boat we rented. Exactly what we needed for our long weekend on the lake. A few things to know... the kitchen table and chairs are kid sized so plan on eating elsewhere, like the bar or living room. There's no washer or dryer or dishwasher. We did a lot of eating out so can't comment on the kitchen too much, except that it looks great. And expect to hear footsteps from the owners above.
