Located on Lake Norman in Denver, this property is ideal for access to all of Lake Norman’s wonder! The house has 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, along with 2 full bathrooms.

Spacious driveway for 3 cars or 2 cars and a boat.

Enjoy plentiful outdoor space for dining, comfortable indoor amenities including a full kitchen and ample space for all guests, seating up to 6 in all common areas. Boating dock available, ideal for pontoon style boats commonly seen on the Lake. Space available for trailer parking and access with your boat once launched! Enjoy access to all public and private boat launches on Lake Norman’s northwest corridor. 10 and 15 minutes to one of the best public boat launches on Lake Norman in Little Creek & McCrary Creek.

7 minutes from Publix / Starbucks / Gas Stations for a convenient stay away from the overcrowded areas on the lake. 10 minutes from great and easy going trails in Mountain Creek Park - also featuring the best playground we’ve ever seen.

The house was very clean and super nice! It looked brand new. The outside of the property was also very nice and well kept. We were able to park 3 trucks and 3 boats for any tournament anglers looking for a place to stay.

Friendly host and well stocked with towels and clean bedding. Great floor plan for my family. We visited with friends in the area and went to the Renaissance Festival. Would stay again!
