Renovated vintage cottage is 1 block to the lake, 4 blocks to Riviera Beach, and a short walk to downtown. Stunning cottage boasts original stained glass with gorgeous renovated kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, pots, pans and mixing bowls. Cabinets and drawers clearly labeled. Child plates, bowls, cups and kid utensils. Many games, toys, puzzles and books for kids too! Patio table for 6 outside.

Perfect family getaway

We stay in LG every 4th of July and this was one of our best stays yet. The hosts are so thoughtful and have stocked the home with plenty of goodies to enjoy the area (fire pit, BBQ, floaties, bags games, etc). The location is perfect just two short blocks from the lake and downtown. Great, peaceful stay.

The perfect home for my family getaway weekend. Great location for walking to town or going to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard and our time on the patio. A bonus: when I had a question Angela answered my call and was available. So kind and helpful. Thank you!

Lake Geneva Family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our atay. The only thing I would say is that it was a little bit cluttered with items otherwise wonderful.

Excellent location, great property

We stayed here with our two adult kids and their families, including a 4- and a 7-yr-old. Engaged couple got the large finished basement space (privacy), kids got trundle beds, everyone was comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out together or apart, and close enough for even the littles to walk places.

Perfect Cottage

We enjoyed 5 days in the adorable cottage walking distance from downtown, beach and the boat docks. The backyard is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. We enjoyed yard games in the beautiful backyard and grilled most nights. The house accommodated easily 6 of us (4 teens). Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Owner was accommodating and quick to respond. We would recommend this cottage for a family vacation!

Beautiful, comfortable and fantastic

We were in Lake Geneva for my son’s wedding And we needed a home that would house eight of us. This home was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. It felt like you were a guest in someone’s home rather than renting a rental. Angela was fantastic and very accommodating when we needed to change our reservation dates. The slippers for everybody was a nice touch and there always was a surprise every time you looked around the corner. This house is perfect for any family or gathering of any kind. This house did not disappoint.

Lake Geneva Gem

Spent 5 nights a the property with my wife, tow kids and their spouses as well as my 1 year old grandchild. Great house with nice outdoor space and yard. Owners provided a brand new grill as a last minute request. House was super clean and very welcoming. So many toys and books for the little one. They clearly promote having families with kids stay there. Location was about three blocks from downtown which we walked to multiple times a day. Location means you don't have to move your car from the driveway and everyone can come and go as they desire. Would definitely rent there again. Communication with the owners was fantastic.

Great location-within two blocks to lake and restaurants. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great backyard. Very family friendly - loads of games and books on hand. Gas grill available for our use - the only issue we ran into was running out of gas and not having backup tank on hand.

Family Get Together Weekend

We try to gather our family once a summer for a long weekend. This year we booked this lovely house in Lake Geneva. Being so close to the lake and downtown area, we were able to walk to some shops, enjoy a lake tour, and sample local cuisine. The house has a lot of character and is decorated nicely to reflect the local lake region. The back yard has a wonderful patio are for visiting; the remaining back yard is great for outdoor games. We wish we could have brought our dogs; the back yard is fenced and would have been perfect for our pets. Angela and Ryan are great hosts who responded quickly to any questions we had.

Nice house, OK location

The house overall is comfortable and clean. We mostly enjoyed the inside of the property. One of our complaints was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and no blinds on the big back slider. They definitely have thought of kids and have anything you would need for them, but if we had brought our kids we would have been concerned by the amount of stuff in the drawers and cabinets that they could have gotten into. We were a little bummed about the location being on a street across from an abandoned restaurant and sandwiched between two busier streets which made night time quite noisy with loud traffic and lots of people walking by what sounded like right under our windows at night. We ended up leaving a night early because we couldn’t get any rest due to the noise. We also didn’t realize before receiving the welcome packet that one of the four bedrooms is down in the basement. It was quite cold down there and far from the other rooms (they did provide extra blankets). It is walkable to downtown. The downtown is hard to park during busy season so having the option to not drive is nice.

Great location and comfortable property!

Lovely property! Great location close to the lake and restaurants. The house is clean and well maintained with comfortable furniture. Things are up to date and the uploaded photos of the property are accurate. Super cute home. Beautiful backyard where you can relax and make s’mores. Highly recommend!
