Morgane's house, 450 meters from the beach

Welcome to my charming house completely renovated with ecological materials in Vaux-sur-Mer, located just 450 meters from Conseil beach and Chemin des Douaniers, offering an idyllic getaway on the Atlantic coast. Just 1 km away is Pontaillac beach in Royan, while Nauzan beach with the famous “Maison Blanche” in St Palais-sur-Mer is only 800 meters away.

My house is a haven of peace, where you can relax and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, offering all the comfort of a main residence necessary in addition to its garden with the brazier for an idyllic stay.

The house consists of two large bedrooms of 14 and 15 m2. The green room with a 140 cm bed and the beige room with a 160 cm bed, plus a real Rapido type sofa bed and very comfortable 160 cm bultex mattress, all with memory foam mattresses and pillows.
The accommodation also has a travel cot with an additional mattress for baby's comfort and a high chair.

In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, as well as a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilets are separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker.

I provide you with adult bicycles (some can accommodate a child seat which I do not provide) to explore the beautiful surrounding region.

There are also beach games, board games, books, 4K connected television, and a wave board at your disposal.

I have a passion for travel. In fact, I love traveling so much that I created my own guest houses and gîtes in Vaux-sur-Mer (unlimited sea and warm sand) and in the heart of the Brocéliande forest (complete immersion in the legends Celtic and Arthurian), to welcome travelers from all over the world.
