Blanco Beach House is a Brand New 3 story beach house with an elevator Located in the Prominence South/HUB 30A Community.

Park your car and get around on the 6 person golf cart and 4 cruiser bikes that are provided with this home.

Featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms and 2 living spaces to relax in during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for.

Great for the whole family

House is beautiful! Loved the decor and honestly the most comfy beds. My only feedback is to ensure everyone in your party is nice and healthy. There are a lot of stairs to access the beach after a short golf cart ride. Not a biggie for most but my 80 year old grandmother was not able to join us on the beach. Overall, lovely beach vacay!

Elevated, Spacious, and Perfect for Large Groups!

Kyle’s property was perfectly suited to host our 6 team members and their spouses (12 people total) comfortably. The home has large private and common areas with high ceilings & elevated finishes, tons of storage, and conveniently located restrooms so no one is on top of each other. Loved the double garages which allowed for plenty of room for 5 cars and the property’s golf cart to fit in the driveway. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Private, quiet, great location, just a 5-8 minute drive to the nearest public beach. Be safe if using the golf cart!

Beautiful and comfortable!

Our family of 11 had the best time spending a long weekend in this house. The house has 5 bedrooms and 1 flex room with a sofa bed. All the rooms are spacious and the furniture is in very good conditions. The house has 6 bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The house had all the necessities (kitchen utensils, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc), towels, beach towels, bikes, and a 6 person golf cart. The neighborhood does not have direct access to the beach but it only take 5 minutes to get there with the golf cart. The neighborhood has an area with multiple food options and fun stuff for people of all ages, like live music, ceramic painting, ice cream shop, toy stores and more. We would definitely recommend this house!

Great family vacation

We had 16 people in our party and we loved this house. It was perfect for each family to have their own bathroom. The golf cart was very helpful. Anytime we had a problem it was easy to get a hold of Todd.

Annual family beach trip

This house was perfect for our large family’s summer vacation. It easily accommodated eight adults and seven children without ever feeling crowded. We loved that bicycles, beach chairs and the six seater golf cart or included in our amenities at no extra charge! So happy we found Blanco Beach House!

Great location, better house!

The house was perfect for a large group. We traveled with 4 other couples and felt we had plenty of space. Beach was a quick golf cart ride away and easy to access. It was nice to have The Hub within walking distance. Would definitely book again!

The property is very clean and in great location.

The house needs a 2nd refrigerator! The outdoor furniture is tired. Some of the bike tires didn’t hold air. An outdoor grill would be nice. Unnecessary drama renting additional golf cart.

Home Away From Home

From start to finish, the process and experience was excellent. Fantastic property with great amenities, i.e. beautiful decor, 3 levels for good separation of space for a variety of ages and activities, an elevator which makes it very easy for personal use or to take luggage to upper floors. 2 dinning areas can accommodate 16 people plus 5 people at the island. The property came with a golf cart that made it easy to zip over to The Hub, a variety of shops, dining and entertainment plus to just tour the neighborhoods. Close to everything! Neighborhood pool just a few doors down. Will definitely book this property again for more fun and making memories! Susan T.
