Great Location, Great Rental

We enjoyed everything about this vacation rental including its location, proximity to the beach, and layout. The included beach chairs & umbrellas were a nice bonus! Highly recommend this property!

We love Inlet Beach and there is no better spot than this one. Damon made us feel at home. The views are the best you can get and you are situated conveniently near all the stores and shops you need.

An absolute GEM. When the description says you are right on the beach, honey, you are right on the beach. Just steps away crystal clear blue water and white sand. It was perfect for my aging mama who can't do stairs easily. She was able to take some trips to the beachfront without issue!Beds were comfy, everything was well-stocked and we wanted for nothing. Great location (minutes from Rosemary Beach, if that's your thing but really, who would want to leave the inlet?)Just the cutest place on the beach!

Needed some R&R

The home is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the view while having coffee in the morning on the patio. We enjoyed being able to go for walks/run and easy access to 30A. Hope to come back soon.

Amazing Location and Property

This location absolutely cannot be beat. Amazing views from both levels. You walk off the porch onto the beach. House was clean and very well stocked. Kitchen had everything you could need.

Absolutely amazing

The property is exactly as described, you absolutely cannot get closer to the beach. The house was incredibly comfortable and immaculate. The upstairs primary and balcony offered incredible views of the beach. I also cannot speak highly enough of the owner Damon. We somehow managed to lose a set of keys to one of our vehicles on the day of checkout. Damon was understanding and helpful! A godsend in a stressful situation. Beautiful property in a serene location!

Girls Trip

This house is amazing!!! It's right on the beach, so you can just sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean! We have been renting this house for 24 years and it's our absolute favorite in the 30A area! The owners are super nice and easy to work with. All my friends that have come down throughout the years love this place!! I highly recommend it!

Another great week in Inlet Beach

We've rented this house quite a few times over the past 25 years and have accumulated many happy memories here. This week was pure relaxation. The house has been updated nicely and we liked the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us every morning. The casual, relaxed vibe of the house is still the same and the location is unbeatable. You truly "cannot get closer to the beach".

Beautiful beach

Beautiful beaches. Close to everything. Drawback was poorly stocked kitchen as to what we are used to. We cook lots and don’t eat out a lot. All in all nice vaca home. Be sure to talk to Jay and Matthew! Best beach boys in Florida!!!!

Excellent Vacation

We enjoyed everything about this vacation home. It worked great for our family of six adults and five children. We really liked having chairs and umbrellas set up for us each day. The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed to prepare our meals. My one complaint would be that we couldn’t find anything letting us know what we were expected to do to the house before we left.

Fantastic vacation

We stayed at this property and we were more than happy. From the front steps to the ocean was maybe 30 yards. The water was incredibly clear. The provided beach chairs were just icing on the cake. From the covered front porch to the upstairs deck to the living area in the house the views and the sounds of the ocean waves were mesmerizing. Large bed rooms and a furnished kitchen nothing else was needed. Location location location. This is the place to be with its own private beach.

Great location on the beach, but please be advised although the rental is pet friendly, Inlet beach is not. Permits are available to homeowners and resident, not to renters. Spoke to a couple that said the permit number was provided by the owner. Not this one.

Great location

This house is in a great location... steps from the beach. Jay, the umbrella man, was great! provided chairs & umbrellas daily for us as well as a bon fire and s'mores. The kitchen was well stocked including the gas grill that came in handy. The only thing that could stand for some improvement is the sofa and a few of the mattresses. They should probably be updated. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. Overall, a great place on the beach.

Perfect location

We had a great stay at Inlet Beach! The home is the perfect Florida beach house. It doesn’t get better than being right on the beachfront and beach setups are provided making vacation life so easy. We even scheduled a bonfire with Jay which was great. Home is well stocked. Extra fridge in the garage was nice to have. The views from the porches are amazing and it’s a short walk down to the dune lake at Camp Helen. We rented bikes and it was an easy ride into Rosemary Beach. Will definitely return. My only suggestions are to replace the upstairs carpeting with a more beach friendly solid flooring and ditch the extra cribs in the bedrooms.

We built this house in the mid 80's to enjoy family and rent when we were not using the house. It was built for vacationing and enjoying the beach.

Inlet Beach is the perfect get away for families or multiple families. The property has a state park less than half a mile east with a large coastal dune lake that is accessible from the beach. Lots of beach that you do not share with many people. Quiet but not far from many activities such as shopping and dining.
