This beautiful Penthouse Suite, steps from our white sandy beach has a treehouse-like quality nestled among 300 year old
Spanish Oaks, enjoys cooling, relaxing breezes and a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The property includes a 400 sq. ft. private balcony porch overlooking the Gulf and a 850 sq. ft. unit which accommodates two adults in a private suite and up to an additional 4 young people with a second small bunk bed room and a living room with two chair sleepers. The living room includes a kitchnette with sink, mini refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker and microwave.

The Jack & Jill bathroom arrangement gives each sleeping area a private 1/2 bath and access to a common shower area which can be secured for privacty. The unit includes a full laundry accessed from the main hallway

The unit is accesseed by a private stairway and has an enclosed cargo lift for luggage and supplies, which is accessed from inside the unit.

There is a shared common area on the ground floor with a outdoor kitchen area for grilling. Beach supplies are provided, including a beach cart, umbrella, chairs and beach towels.

Ask Mike about our "Specials" we offer from time to time. Book a three night, Thursday thru Saturday and get a free night Wednesday or Sunday. Book a five day Tuesday thru Saturday and get two free nights, Sunday and Monday. Specials may not be available during Holiday or Special Event weeks, but check with me anyway, especially for last minute bookings, the property may be available for a booking.
