Across the hall is a bedroom with a set of queen bunks, and there is a full bathroom which can be locked off when in use by either bedroom.  If you must do laundry there is an oversized washer and drier on this level in the laundry room.



Head upstairs to the second floor where you will find an open and bright living area with leather couches, full entertainment system (55 inch LED TV), gas stove, modern granite / stainless steel kitchen with island and hard wood dining table that seats eight. The abundance of windows on this level let in tons of natural light and the unobstructed views of Mt. CB. The second floor also has a half bathroom and a great southern facing back deck that gets excellent sun and features a Weber gas grill for cooking out. The back deck leads down to a full fenced-in yard with mature landscaping and a private Hot Tub!



On the third floor of the home there are two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom with a king bed has great views of Mt. Crested Butte and the other bedroom with a queen bed also has a full trundle for the kids.
