Overlooking the San Miguel River, Riverside 201 is perfect for both winter and summer escapes. It's a quick walk to Telluride Town Park for the many festivals that come through in summer, and a fast stroll over to the gondola and Lift 8 for winter sports at Telluride Ski Resort. In addition to this central location, this condo boasts high-end finishes throughout, including an AV system with sound bar speakers, new TVs, and a Blu-ray player in every bedroom. At the end of a day spent hiking or strolling downtown, you can enjoy the furnished deck overlooking the River Trail and the lovely San Miguel River.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Exceptional Condo & Location

The condo was wonderful, fully stocked with spices, tinfoil, ziplock bags, shampoo, conditioner, extra towels for the hot tub! The location was great, 5 min walk to the gondola along the River Trail and it's located at the bottom of the Bear Creek Trail. Communication was Vacasa was challenging and slow.

Upscale accomodations

Beautiful condo very close to Oak St. lift and free gondola. The place was very well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, spices, coffee, tea, oils, foil…. Very nice to have those available. Good beds for sleep, hot tub not too far.

Great location and lodging

The perfect location for our ski trip. Close to the gondola and restaurants. Our only complaint was the layer of dust covering every surface when we arrived. Vacasa responded quickly with a fresh cleaning. I suspect the dust was the result of either a long period of vacancy or construction in the complex. It was quite unpleasant to see on our arrival but, as I mentioned, was addressed and probably will not be a problem for future guests.

Beautiful & Convenient Telluride Condo on the River

Having the balcony overlooking the river and with mountain views was amazing and peaceful for the eyes, ears and soul. The condo is beautifully and very conveniently located on the edge of town so there's a sense of privacy and being near the woods. But it also has such easy access to great trails along the river (and to waterfalls!), to great restaurants, shops, market, the gondola, and to Galloping Goose pickup (Telluride's free across town shuttle). We parked the car in the condo's lot and didn't need to drive until we left town at the end of our trip! The condo is beautiful, clean, and furnished with lovely, quality furniture. Beds were fine- sheets nice and soft. The 3 bathrooms are lovely, one with jacuzzi tub, another with steam shower capability, very spa-like. We were very grateful for the jacuzzi tub after a long day hiking! There are also a couple hot tubs in the complex, but we didn't make it to those. Kitchen can be a little tight (galley style), but is well furnished with dining and cooking ware., as well as a well-stocked spice drawer! (no non-stick pan though). And the freezer does have an ice-maker drawer, which we found on the last day! Other considerations: There are stairs to the condo and no elevator, so be aware of that when you book. And the condo itself is two floors. Also, it comes with only one parking permit, so if you have more than one car, you may have to pay for overnight parking (about $35/day, I think)

Loved the convenience of being close to town and Gondola. Perfect for skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. We would definitely rent again.

Great space and location!

This unit is mostly fantastic and bigger than it looks in the photos. The upstairs living space is comfy and the location of the apartment is really nice in that it's close to the gondola, the river, and all that the town has to offer. I only rated it a 4 because the mattresses and pillows seemed old and could use some updating. It's hard to justify paying a lot for a place when you can't get a good nights sleep.

Great location and good size condo and lovely comfortable setup. However the beds are very old, soft and uncomfortable for sleeping. The roof has a few leaks and we had to place 2 buckets to catch the water.

Riverside Condo at Telluride

Overall, very nice unit. There are a few things that need improvement: 1) Provide traditional cable TV instead of membership-based Apple TV; 2) Building hot tub water jets were inoperable; 3) Unit needs non-stick cookware.

Conveniently located

The condo is conveniently located near town where you can walk to everything. You have the River at your back door and it makes for a serene location. It was clean and tidy with lots of amenities. I highly Recommend this place for a Telluride getaway.
