Just steps from Chair 4 and the Mountain Village core, you'll have easy access to the ski slopes during the winter months. Or discover an abundance of scenic trails in the summertime. A bubbling private hot tub awaits on your balcony after fun-filled days of exploring. There's also a gas grill provided for home-style cookouts. This ideal Mountain Village location is mere steps from incredible dining and shopping options.

The light and bright interior wows with wall-to-wall windows and vaulted ceilings. Concoct hot cocoas or hot toddies and gather in the open living area. Cozy up on the sectional or chic armchairs beside the flickering gas fireplace and experience ultimate comfort. Watch favorite TV shows or simply take in the breathtaking mountain views. Whip up delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Three lovely pendant lights illuminate the four-seat island. Serve home-cooked dishes at the adjacent eight-seat dining table.

A true oasis, the spacious primary bedroom and en suite bathroom boast a double-sided fireplace. Your spa-worthy en suite is complete with a soaking tub, a large shower, and double vanity. Pack lightly, a washer/dryer is conveniently located in your vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring Break Ski Week

I have stayed at many VRBOs and never had an issue. This was the first time that I had an issue. The biggest problem was that this very expensive unit was rented without a washing machine and dryer. When I finally reached someone at VRBO to notify them of the problem on my first day I was told that they will try to install the washer/dryer within a couple of days. I am checking out now and it is still not installed. I called VRBO over the course of the week and got no response. I think I should be compensated for the lack of a critical appliance for a family ski week.

Great stay

The location was great ski in/out and quick walk to shops. We love that it was quiet at night. We feel we made a good choice.A big plus was that the condo was furnished with lots of misc. essentials (spices, plastic bags, etc.)...things you use in daily course of life but otherwise don't want to purchase just for a weeks trip. The cutlery/cups/appliances were of good quality, making meal prep easy and comfortable.Similar to another recent review there was no washer/dryer in the unit at the time of our stay, but the local manager provided quick resolution - laundry bags and free access to the washer/dryers in an adjacent building. This was fine to us and did not spoil our stay in any way.Our only advice staying at a vacasa property is you must only deal with the local (970) property managers. Any communication with the 'corporate' help team is useless. The only thing corporate help will do is copy the vrbo listing comments. Ex. 1: I asked the corporate help five different ways for the address of the Latitude 38 lounge, and their only reply is 'in the heart of mountain village' because they have no clue. Ex. 2: I asked for the mountain village D.A.R. access code, and the only number I got every time was the door code (lol).The local property managers were able to help with this stuff, and other misc items quickly and easily.

Great location and views.

One of the best locations in Telluride for ski-in, ski-out and free gondola access. This unit does not have a washer and dryer (02/01/2025), so the listing description is incorrect.

Poor Service

I rent a lot from VRBO and have never left a negative review. My son is disabled, and we go to the Telluride Adaptive Sports Program often (TASP is awesome). We rent places in close proximity to the TASP office in Mountain Village. I rented this unit ski trip with my sons. Less than 2 days before the trip I was texted that there would be no washer or dryer available for our stay. That does not work for a 10-day ski trip where we wash almost every day. It was too late notice to find another location, but they said they would handle all our laundry needs. When I got there, it took me 3 days of emailing, texting, and calling to get someone. The phone numbers are call centers and the texts are automated. I finally got someone to pick up on the 4th day. They returned it fine. They came again 2 days later but lost our clothes for a day. They did not return texts or calls. A neighbor found them. I needed the service again and they said they could not handle it. So, we had to go out and buy new clothes.In addition, the built-in humidifier in the downstairs bedroom closet leaks onto the clothes, which is a problem with no dryer. The fireplace never worked. They said they would fix it but did not. The downstairs toilet runs constantly. The handle to the balcony falls off locking people on the balcony. The smoke alarm in the neighboring unit went off for 3 days until the owners showed up.There are too many better places in Mountain Village to deal with this and the poor management.

Perfect location!

The location and views from this unit were top notch. Having a shared space was so nice with multiple people and it's always great to unwind in the hot tub after a long day skiing with the best view possible!

Beautiful view

The house was perfect for what our family wanted! Ski in ski out, the private hot tub was a bonus after a long day of skiing. The house was well supplied with all the necessities. The view especially from the hot tub was spectacular!

Perfect ski chalet!

We absolutely adored this place! You never know what you are going to get from the few photos, but we were so pleased as soon as we walked in. The parking is easy, they are right on the slopes, the view is gorgeous. There are two steam showers, a fireplace in the main shower and on the main floor. A lovely hot tub. The kitchen was beautiful and they had so many things left behind like olive oil and salt but we had already bought those so we left more. There is Molton Brown products in all the showers. The bathrooms and the mud room have heated floors. The owners have excellent taste. We couldn't have been happier. We also just adored the town. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Access for skiing is unbeatable! And just steps away from central businesses and restaurant of Mountain Village. The living area has been nicely refurnished and is very spacious!

Very nice condo in great location

The condo is very large and comfortable. It has great views of mountains and right on the slope overlooking left. It is a ski-in and ski-out and right in Mountain Village. There were a few small things that did not work, but management was very helpful. I would stay there again.

This was the first time we had rented through Vacasa and the first time to Telluride so I was a little nervous. To say that this property more than met our expectiations, is an undertatement. The location is great and the views from the condo are breathtaking. This is a true ski in, ski out property and centrally located to everything we needed. Vacasa was excellent to deal with as well. This property has been recently remodelled (pictures and descrpitions need to be updated) and we had a few minor issues since we were the first to stay in it since the remodel. Vacasa customer service responded very quickly and resolved all the issues we had. We would definitely rent here again next time we are in Telluride!

Great location!

This property is ski, ski out. Very convenient. Village is within walking distance and has amazing dining. The gondola into Telluride is also within walking distance. This condo is a great size for a large family. It has everything you need and is beautiful. The master suite is amazing. We would definitely book this property again.

Great Property, Great Location

This was a great property in Mountain Village and the location was just a couple of minutes from about anything that we wanted in the Village. The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only item that we wished was better was the wifi; it struggled to stream movies. Overall great property & great location.

Best location in Telluride

Love Telluride and this was a great house. You can't get much closer to the action. Latitude 38 was great and will definitely book this house again. Only small glitch was the hot tub stopped working after the first day and a repair was not able to happen during our visit.
