Aloha and welcome to paradise! Watch the whales, turtles and schools of dolphins from our beautiful ocean front condo!!!

Located on the second floor, this unit feel like you are flowing into the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. This one bedroom unit with sofa sleeper is the perfect getaway for all! In the master bedroom you will find a large king bed with ample closet space for your belongings. The living room is equipped with a great queen sized sofa sleeper if you are traveling with family or friends. In the large full bathroom you will find a shower and as well as the washer and dryer, which is very convenient so that you can pack lightly.

The beach is a stone throw away and inland you will be walking distance to shopping, farmers markets, restaurants and Times grocery store....O' Yes and just a short drive to Lahaina Town, Whalers Village and World Class Golf!!! The unit is located within a few minutes drive to lively Kaanapali, 5 minutes from the up scale area of Kapalua, and the dazzling world famous Front Street in Lahaina.

Resort amenities include a beachfront pool & hot tub, central A/C, Hawaiian Style lobby with an on-site concierge activities desk, complimentary High-Speed wireless Internet, tennis courts, shuffleboard and BBQ area.

Beautiful and comfortable condo with close access to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts. The most amazing part of the condo was the ocean view from the lanai. Spectacular sunsets! What a wonderful experience!

New Favorite!

This place has trumped our previous favorite place to stay! We loved how close the beach was, the view can’t be beat, the pool area was perfect to cool down in, it was quiet but had enough resort feel to be just what we needed. The unit felt like a home - with everything one would want. A lot of rentals don’t have that “home feel” but this really did. We’ll be back!I say all that even with the AC not working (yet), get that cross breeze going!

Amazing stay!

The views from the unit are spectacular! When we arrived everything was clean an orderly, had a question about something we were looking for and the manager responded to us promptly. The pool and spa area are quiet and very well kept. Can't wait to come back!

Great place quiet and beautiful view fun to see whales every day from your room. Only reason I gave it a 4 on manager is that their procedure was to email on day of arrival with code etc and because this was not brought to our attention caused anxiety

Amazing location and great property

Super spacious and perfect for two people. It's right on the water and you get amazing sunsets. Great location, your steps away from the beach. Right on the boardwalk that goes down towards Lahaina and you can easily pop in to the resorts/restaurants along the way. Pool area was nice and well maintained as was the entire property. The place was perfectly appointed, updated, and maintained. AC was really nice after coming back from a long day on the beach! Definitely plan to come back soon

Anniversary Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kaanapali and the VRBO was a big part of it. The condo was clean, it had a fantastic view of the ocean. The sunsets and moonsets were amazing. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards beach towels were all provided to increase the beach experience. The facility has BBQ grills on site were clean and available and helped with being able to stay in for meals. We had a malfunction with the sunshade in the condo, but we reported it and it was fixed that same day. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Loved this condo. The size if perfect for two or four adults. It has everything we needed including some beach chairs, snorkeling gear and etc. The view of the ocean is perfect. Very close to the water. We saw whales from our balcony. Lots of sitting room on the balcony along with table and chairs for dining. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean, well-equipted and extremely comfortable & spacious for 2 adults. The view from this 2nd floor unit is fantastic and we were able to see whales and sea turtles daily. The Mahana was exactly what we were looking for…a “resort” feel, yet somewhat low-key and serene. The pool and hot tub were nice..nothing fancy, but we did enjoy the simplicity and ease of access directly to the beach. Perhaps not the best place to stay if you have active kids, but ideal for couples. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again soon!

Paradise Found

After searching websites for months, selected this property because of the photos showing it being ocean front. Well, we were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in and experienced the view! The entire property was fabulous in every way. The representatives, Ryan and Emmett were prompt, professional, and attentive. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked, and very comfortable. Hope to get back to stay there again in the future.

What a location!

First off, the views of the water, sunsets and the sound of the waves was top notch. The condo was well appointed with most everything you would need and conveniently located around shops, food/grocery and just a few steps from the beach. The condo itself could use a little updating, but the building was very well maintained and very quiet. It was the right size for a family of 4 with the pullout. Some of the beach chairs were broken or non-functional (zippers were corroded), but none of that stopped us from having a great time!

The unit is as good as advertised. You won’t be disappointed! Perfectly located to enjoy and experience Lahaina and Maui. The unit is your perfect landing pad of comfort and relaxation amongst all your Maui activities. Steps from the beach and/or just watch the whales and turtles from the lanai. The bed was the best we’ve ever had in a rental; so much so that my wife had to find out the make and model of it for our home. Can not think of a reason to not stay here for your Maui adventure. But as a bonus, the onsite property manager, Emmett, was awesome. Great communicator and timely for anything we had questions on. Just book this already!

Amazing Time!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Ryan's property. Such dream like views of the ocean and a prime location - steps to the beach and short walking distance to other resorts. The entire home decor was updated, air condition was a huge plus and the provided beach towels, chairs and snorkel set was ideal. Only drawback, better directions to the property as we had to ask three properties before getting to the correct site during the evening hours. Ryan thank you for letting us rent your property. I would highly recommend your home and hopefully we will return soon. It was a great place to start and end our day!

Great Location

The location is outstanding. View of the ocean, sunsets and whales is splendid. Short walking distance to coffee shops, food trucks and more. Fully equipped kitchen. Size of condo is most enjoyable for a 2 week stay. Furniture is good but carpeted areas are starting to look tired. We are particular about our bed linens and we bought a set of sheets and pillows, but that’s just us. Property description is stated as ‘luxurios’. ‘Comfortable’ would be more appropriate. Property management was excellent to deal with. The Mahana complex is very well maintained with a grassed area with lounges facing the ocean..
