Loved the private beach access. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors clearly... only downfall except the 1 elevator is SLOW AND HOT! Great place overall!

Little piece of Heaven

Maravilla 4407 is as described and pictures are accurate. Short walk to beach family oriented and pools and hot tub kept clean and all games offered was a plus. The fact our dog got to stay with us was great. Give this place 5 stars all the way around. The clear blue waters and white sand was beautiful.

Love maravilla

Beach is great, love having ice on the premises, love having two pools. The photos of the third bedroom is deceiving, there should be a better photo of the slanted attic ceiling so you know only small children fit in that room. A little frustrated we showed up without a washer dryer hookup, they installed it on our third day.

Stay

We had issues with the door codes. Had to try several times to get in the code wasn’t always working. Then when we would go to leave had to try several times to lock it. Reached out to the rental company and they gave us another code to use and said they would put a work order in for it. We never saw anyone work on it while we were there The third bedroom is basically a closet with three beds shoved in it. If you have anyone over four foot tall staying in there I wouldn’t recommend it. We hit our heads several times because the roof is at a slant. There was only one outlet in this room to plug in the fans they supplied The location of the condo is good. Close to the pools and beach. We would stay in this area again but try a house or different condo.

Perfect stay in every way

From the start to finish - perfect. And to boot, they allow dogs. 1. The search. When looking at VRBO options, this listing stands out in 3 ways. First, there is a floor plan and detailed information as to the location and types of beds. No surprises. 2. Actual condo and complex. Very well maintained and clean. We had everything we needed. It had enough art/decor to make it pretty, but not too much to make us worry we’d break something. The amenities were resort-like (pool/hot tub - and Pickle ball/tennis courts). Very well maintained. Only suggestion, clean off the patio. It was a little dusty. 3) Location! Steps from the beach and boardwalk. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Pre-arrival communication was good. No problem with access codes. Appreciated follow-up texts.

Enjoyed our Vacation Rental

The condo was nice and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay with two exceptions. When we arrived the wireless internet was not working. Because the wireless internet wasn't working, our door code would not work. They gave us the master code so we would have access to the unit. I made several calls to the property management office for two days and continued to be told it would be repaired quickly and they would call me back. I never received a callback. On our second day, a maintenance worker arrived but was unable to repair it. On the third day, a different maintenance worker arrived and quickly resolved the issue. Although it would be nice to not have to use the internet while on vacation, my job requires me to work remotely. The other issue is that the complex allows small dogs. I love dogs but the small dogs yapping nonstop night and day can become annoying. I gave the property 4 stars due to the internet not working. I did not deduct a star for the yapping dogs because they make it clear in the listing that they allow dogs.
