Cuando entras por la puerta de este condominio de Maravilla, te sentirás como en casa. Esta unidad está ubicada en el 1er piso del edificio 1. La playa con escrituras de Maravilla es una gran comodidad, junto con otras comodidades: canchas de tenis, casa club, 2 piscinas (una de ellas climatizada por temporada), bañera de hidromasaje, portería de baloncesto, juego de tejo, voleibol de playa, parrillas de carbón y estacionamiento amplio. ¡Siempre hay algo divertido que hacer en Maravilla! Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es tan amplia que tendrá mucho espacio para extenderse. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar un refrigerio rápido o una comida gourmet. La cocina está renovada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una lavadora y secadora apilables de tamaño completo. La sala de estar es lo suficientemente amplia como para que todos puedan participar en la noche de televisión familiar o para jugar. Está abierto al comedor y la cocina para que todos puedan estar juntos mientras hacen sus propias cosas. La suite principal tiene una cama king con baño en suite. Otro dormitorio de invitados ofrece una cama king que comparte un baño de visitas. La habitación con literas tiene un juego de literas para niños, con un nido doble perfecto para la gente más joven. The furniture was run down, the rugs made of a rope fiber caused a lot of dust in the air and on clothing. I would not stay in this unit again. The complex itself was very nice.

This has been our favorite place to stay in Maravilla. Very close to the beach and pool access. Easy access outside the back door for grass for the dogs to use the restroom. Would 100% recommend and will plan on staying here for our future trips to Destin

Definitely coming back!

Loved our stay! Communication from the hosts made everything super easy. The location of the room is super close to the pool and close to the beach. I especially loved the fact that we were able to bring the pups to their first vacation. Only downside is there was construction going on directly above our room.Overall, great experience and definitely will be booking again!

Great property in a fantastic location.

I made the 2 min walk to the beach every morning to enjoy the sand and sea. End unit nearby pool and boardwalk. Condo is very clean and spacious and had what we needed including some beach floats and light weight chairs easily carried to beach for sunset viewing. We walked to shopping g and restaurants and was nearby every thing to do. The host was attentive and communicated quickly to any questions I had. Plenty of room for group of 4 and pet friendly for our 2 dogs. Thank you for hosting us.

The property is great we have been coming here for years as a large group with friends and family. Not a fan of the new management for the beach service. We had to pay to reserve seats to sit with others we were traveling with in different units (5 units total). Have never had to do that before. We love the location and unit we stay in but the living area furniture and rug really needs to be replaced. We may consider a different unit next year if that has not been replaced. Otherwise, we love Maravilla!

Newly remodeled condo across the street from the beach. Kitchen is completely stocked with anything needed to prepare meals. Ground floor is ideal for pets.
