Our home at 165 West Flamingo is 1/4 mile from the public beach access near JW Marriott. It's a quick walk to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent beach. We provide beach cart , beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for the beach.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features a bright white kitchen, vaulted ceilings, tile floors throughout the house, and open concept living room and dinning room. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached bath, and access to the to the lanai. The guest bedrooms share a bath and have a queen bed and twin beds. Three sliding glass doors lead to the screen enclosed lanai with heated salt water pool and spa, lounge chairs, and gas grill. High Speed Wireless Internet is included.

Renata is wonderful host. She really made us feel at home. The beach access is very convenient, a short pleasant walk from the house. Wonderful sunsets at south beach!

Amazing House on Marco

We loved the pool and spa and that it was covered. House is super close to beach access and places to eat. Sunsets were amazing every night!!

Nice House Close to Beach

Very clean and comfortable. House is well equipped with everything you’ll need. Five minutes walk to beach access another five to the Gulf of Mexico. Close to restaurants. Looking forward to visiting again!

5 minute walk to the beach!!

Great neighborhood & the house was a perfect setup for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers! We all enjoyed the hot tub and quick walk to the beach. Renata was a wonderful host & very responsive to a few initial questions. We really appreciated all the beach towels, chairs, and more that are provided. We'll definitely book again!

Beautiful Beach Home

Great location and very nice updated house

My husband and I love Marco Island and this house was perfect for us. We loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The Master bed was comfortable. I prefer cool cotton sheets vs microfiber or any other material but it wasn't a deal breaker. We would rent this house again.

Very Pleasant

Everything was just as listed with no disappointments or surprises. The pool was well maintained, and the home was nicely appointed inside and out. The 5-minute walk to the beach was quick and easy, and there were plenty of beach chairs (and more) and a cart to get them there. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect place for the family. The most difficult part of the stay was deciding whether to go to the beach or stay in the pool. Linens and towels were adequate, and while a few more wash cloths would have been better, we really appreciated the plethora of beach towels. The host was quick to respond to my pre-arrival questions, and we found no need to contact the host during our stay, Everyone in our family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property. Thank you, Renata!

The best!

We have rented houses in a variability of places over many years. This was by far the best house we have rented. Five minutes from the door to the sand. Plenty of water toys for the pool and beach gear. Each time we returned from the beach we washed everything so it was ready to go the next time. It was very quiet especially early in the morning. Because of most rental rules and probably costs, there is not a huge crowd of unruly student spring breakers. The beach is so huge that it never seemed crowded. We are already planning to return to this property. Hopefully

Perfect Vacation Property

The house was exactly as advertised. The communication with the owner was very excellent and check in was easy. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were great. The walk to the beach was quick and the chairs, towels, and umbrella provided by the owner worked great. We enjoyed some meals out, but also cooked some meals in the kitchen that had everything we needed.

Marco Island Escape

We had a delightful stay and enjoyed the neighborhood and ease to travel to the beach. We used beach chairs the owners had provided and appreciated the kitchen that had everything we needed to make our meals. The home was clean and nicely decorated and allowed us to enjoy our stay, play cards and enjoy the various restaurants in the area.

Great Location

We had three couple stay at the house and we had a great time. The house is well appointed; the swimming deck and outdoor furniture are great - we used these almost non-stop. The magnificent Tigertail beach is a 5 minute walk and the beach chairs, wagon and toys were excellent. We love this area. You can walk to the beach, hotels, restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The beach towels were nice.

Great location and clean place

We enjoyed staying at this place, close to the beach, had everything we needed available in the house, swimming pool was clean with jacuzzi and a clean house. Would recommend and would stay at the same location again.
