Charming House with Heated Pool and Multiple Water Views

This lovely 2 Bedroom 1 bath house is just the right place to relax this summer. Lounge by the brand new heated pool enjoying the wonderful view of Fort Pond Bay. The bedrooms consist of queen beds and Smart TV's, and each bedroom is bright and cheery with spacious closets. The Living room has 2 comfy couches, 1 of which also pulls out to a queen bed.
Exit the sliding doors to the wrap around deck to sunbathe, BBQ, swim, or just lounge and relax while enjoying the Ocean view. Enjoy the backyard and sit back at the fire pit watching the sky as the sun sets over the bay. The kitchen has a large dining table to accommodate a big family. Washer/dryer, air conditioning, linens, bath, beach, and pool towels, as well as beach amenities including umbrellas, carts, and chairs which are all included. And the best part is it’s a 6 min walk to the ocean/town. There is also a fabulous playground and basketball courts right down the hill for the kids!!

Perfect weekend stay

We had a great stay here - the beach and town were an easy walk away. There was plenty of gear for the everyone at the beach and the house was clean, spacious, and well equipped.

Very Nice House

Very pretty house with nice views. We wish we could have stayed longer. There are no shampoos/conditioners or other standard toiletries, so be sure to pack your own.

Just a couple of fun days in MTK

The house is in a great location, and although we were in town for only a couple of days we had a great time. The pool was a big hit with Grandkids! The property is also very well fenced in for the pool and the extensive deck (important for us as one of the children is on the autism spectrum and prone to running away. We would stay again!

Peaceful retreat

What a beautiful property!!! You are secluded when you want to be and just a short mile walk to town and the beach. My family loved the pool it was definitely a great addition. Shelia the owner was very friendly and the house comes with many amenities which only add to the great experience. I would highly recommend this home to any family looking for a great get away . The only bad thing was the school next door was getting a roof the week we were there so it was a little noisy a couple of days but they started early and finished by 3 so it was ok . So anyone else should be fine since the roof should last a couple of years lol and the place was so peaceful the rest of our trip.

Great house in a primo location. The view is terrific, including of the ocean. The pool makes it a 5-star venue. The house is well kept and Sheila is super responsive. If she could add another bathroom, she could jack up the price.

Great host, location, and amenities!

Sheila is amazing! Great communication to answer any questions and help in any way she could. We were a group of 8 and the house has plenty of room for everyone to lounge about. Only thing I'd suggest is to keep the communication channel open between everyone on the restroom/shower usage as with only one, getting everyone ready was an exercise on efficiency! Ruschmeyers was an easy walk and the beach and all the shops around a 15 min walk. Also there's a public school right next door so if you're there during school season and during the weekdays, it's something to keep in mind. Great place and I'd definitely stay again.

Awesome house and a great host

The house is beautiful and Sheila is a truly wonderful host. Quiet neighborhood next to the school, Town and beach are a short walk away(less than a mile) and the house had everything we could of needed and more. Comfortable and well kept furniture and decor with a well stocked kitchen. Would strongly recommend!

Little gem on a hill in Montauk

Incredible stay...Fantastic house and hosts. As described and wonderfully furnished. Everything you need and perfect for kids as well. Great views from the back deck morning and evening. Easy bike ride down to town and they even provide great beach extras you may forget to pack. Hosts are incredible, super attentive and answer within moments with any questions.
