There is also a pool deck located on the property for you to enjoy! Lastly, the town is just a quick walk or bike ride where you can pick up groceries or grab a bite at one of the great local restaurants!

We just got home from a wonderful weekend in Montauk. Our host was so attentive. It was my husband's birthday and we were so impressed and happy with our rental. This unit was the most stocked unit we've stayed in! So many details! Lush bedding, super comfortable living room with fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen! Just so comfy and cozy for a November weekend. We'll definitely be back!

Exactly as described, clean, view of the ocean, fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was very attentive…a quick email via vrbo and we received an answer within the hour! Definitely going back next year!

Relaxing family trip

Great trip and area to go with a little one. Beach right across the street and grass to play on and a nice pool on the property as well. The place had everything you could need and was very cozy and comfortable. Thank you!

Terrific location and view of ocean

We had a great stay here, the view as better than expected, the weather was amazing for the time of year and we bad an overall 10/10 weekend in Montauk. Cozy times wee had when we sat down after a day in town. Couldn’t ask for a better place and by night two we would say “I’ll be back” in hopes of coming back again. Highly recommended

This location is right on Old hwy...with ocean view. Great quiet spot. Emma was easy to work with and the unit had everything you would need. Small note...bring a bar soap. Towels, beach chairs, books etc...all. Wife and I had a nice get away.

Great little escape

Great location, quiet, walking distance to the beach, short drive or walkable to town, very clean, great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend staying here for a couple’s getaway weekend. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Peaceful

My stay was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Access to the beach across the street was very convenient. It is a mile to town, you can walk there easily. The property manager answered my questions immediately. I would definitely go back!

We have been coming to Montauk for the last 45 years. We were lucky enough to be able to buy a unit in this lovely community where we have many friends. As a retired art teacher I love being a host on VRBO. I am able to really take care of our guests and feel lucky to share our sweet place with others. Don't hesitate to ask about how to book multiple units at the same time. We do that with friends and family all the time!

When we first stepped into our unit the view of the ocean from our deck took our breath away!. We bought it as soon as we could and fully renovated it to make it as comfortable as possible . We also wanted to make the most out of every inch so there is a lot of storage and a full kitchen for our family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is a lower corner unit . It is easily accessible to the Ocean and steps away from the pool. It is great for small families with kids. Although we are only allowed to have 4 guests in total and the unit is 500 sq. ft it is designed to be efficient and have lots of storage .
