Located within walking distance to Xavier University and minutes from the Central Business district of Cincinnati as well as stadiums, hospitals, Newport on the Levee, and many other Cincinnati landmarks. You have access to the entire house and backyard. Large, private master suite on third floor and four guest bedrooms on the second floor. Dogs are welcome for a $25 per pet per night fee added after booking. Please disclose at the time of booking. Max 2 pets.

The house was great, enough rooms for everyone to fit comfortably the kitchen was great for cooking and well stocked. The only complaint I would have was the backyard needs some sprucing up, we wanted to do a fire but the chairs looked very rickety.

Place was very clean and everything worked well. The landscaping along the steps needed work. I am still waiting for my deposit refund to be applied to my credit card. Hopefully soon. It’s already come up on my bill.

We loved having all of our family under one roof. The issues we encountered were: Not enough towels for the guests, the AC could not keep up and it was at least 80 degrees upstairs with no fans to plug in to circulate the air, railings going up the steep stairs were loose, trashcan outside was overflowing, some of the blinds in the bedroom need replacing because multiple slates were missing, and some of the sheets had stains on them.

Great stay to visit the zoo!

We had a great stay. The house was very large and gave us plenty of space. We went to Cincinnati to visit the zoo and it was only 7 minutes away and overall this house seemed to be within 10 minutes of everything. All in all, we had a great stay.

Cute little house!

The house was adorable. Plenty of amenities, cozy bedrooms, lovely decor, great central location. Easy check in process. Would stay here again!

Cute place but. . .

The inside is cute, nicely decorated however, blinds definitely need to replaced in most room due to missing blind slats on most. the second was comfortable as long as all bedroom doors we opened, once you closed the door the bedroom didn’t have feel like the house was air conditioned, bring a fan with you if you plan on staying on the second floor. The master bedroom on the third floor was nice, sink/mirror in the master bathroom was very small due to the ceilings, it was not usable to do hair and makeup. The master bedroom did have its own air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. The room was nice and cold the whole time. The back yard looked nothing like the phot, when mentioned to the host we were told the photo was taken when the turf was first put down but they had a hard time with it taking due to the shade. I tried to attach a photo of the current condition of the back yard but VRBO indicates the photo is invalid or exceed size limit, it’s just a refusal photo snapped on my iPhone. I will try to describe it, a broken chair in one corner a small table and chair were in the other corner covered it tree branches and debris. There were two usable chairs around the fire pit , however the there was no grass just dirt/mud. The house next door is very unkept, while it is not under the control of the host, it was very unsightly, some houses on the street where very lovely while others were run down needing some repairs.

Great for a group

We had a group of 6 in town for a baseball game and celebrating a wedding. The home is very comfortable and very true to posting. The check in process was easy, communication with host was great. The area was a nice uber ride to really anywhere we needed to go. Nice seating area in kitchen and living room which are open so we enjoyed that. Kitchen had all that we needed for the weekend.

Great property!

We had a great time. The rooms were clean and gave everyone space. The bathrooms were clean with hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen was well appointed.

We had a great stay. The only problem is, we have yet to receive our refundable $1500 deposit back. It has been longer than the number of days stated in the policy. Please advise.

Family trip

Loved our stay. Restaurants and a terrific bakery in walking distance of home. House was as pictured and a really nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great hosts

The house was well positioned within Cincinnati but was not in a great neighborhood. We certainly felt safe but there was a lot of street noise.

Great stay, comfortable, cute, good location

My husband and I stayed with a couple of our friends during the week. The host was quick to respond to questions, and the home was very comfortable - and decorated so lovely! It was also pretty close to everything we did in the city, which was a bonus! Would stay again.

Great Family venue

Stayed with adult children for wedding - great place to congregate for meals and day to day activities while also having private space to retreat. Conveniently located to everything either walking, driving or Uber. Would stay here again to visit family.

Stayed at the house with family. Everything was very nice. Attentive owner. We enjoyed the house. Loved the porch, spent one morning on the porch with coffee watching a storm come through the area-it was great.
