HOUSE RULES

Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Myself & 3 other cousins stayed at this home. It was big enough for 8 of us but 4 ended up making the trip. This is an old beautiful home decorated very nicely. Location is great to many things. Very easy to get around the area. Would love to come back with the whole group. Thanks Drew!

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, lovely decor, and comfy beds. Nice lower level for extra room. Very nice area and loved sitting on the rockers on the front porch.

Great house

We stayed here while our floors were being done and it was such a nice stay. The house is well stocked with kitchen needs and all bathroom essentials. Highly recommend for those with family visiting.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to some great stuff and central to so many awesome Cincinnati attractions. The front porch is perfect for people watching and the back yard was very comfortable in the evenings. Drew was very responsive to any and all questions. We felt very well attended to. If I had one complaint it would be that not all of the bedroom doors shut completely but that was a minor inconvenience for what was an otherwise very nice stay.

Location is great in Hyde Park, 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to see! This historical home is beautifully decorated with plenty of space, and a great suite on the lower floor. Our family enjoyed the backyard fire pit and seating.

Great neighborhood location

We stayed here during Xavier family weekend. The house was great for 3 couples for the weekend. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room for visiting between events on campus. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing neighborhood

Very charming historic neighborhood, nice for walks. House is beautiful, historic and well kept. We truly enjoyed the stay and good sleep on our long road trip.

Perfect little getaway!

We came for our friends birthday to just get out of town and relax. We had an amazing time, the house was clean and the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!! The property host, Drew, was so nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our stay with adult “kids”

We met up in Cincinnati with our adult kids from around the state of Ohio. This property was perfect for us, with four bedrooms and plenty of off street parking. The house is in a great location and was very charming and tidy. The host was very responsive in answering any questions. Definitely recommend!

Property was as described. Darling and in a quiet family neighborhood. Close to everything. It was the perfect space for our needs. Communication both before and during stay was great. Loved sipping coffee on the front porch.

Great yard for small to medium dogs. House worked great for our family after we moved the breakables away from the toddlers reach. Great location and family friendly neighborhood.

Perfect Family Getaway

We were in town for Thanksgiving to see our son, who is a student at UC and to see family in the area. Hyde Park is our favorite area in Cincinnati and this property was all we hoped for / as advertised: very clean, great location - nice street & perfect distance from square, tons of character and communication w/ property manager was outstanding. Highly recommend this property and we will return!

Unfortunately, our experience was less than positive. We checked in Friday evening. The house was generally clean but really dusty - as if it hadn't been occupied in some time. We spent all day and evening with family who lives in town. Returned Sunday afternoon to the home to find that a rodent (or many) had torn into and eaten an entire loaf of bread sitting on the counter. There were large droppings everywhere so it wasn't mice. Drew was very responsive and apologetic when we called. He told us he probably couldn't get an exterminator to the property right away so we chose to leave.
