Oceanfront Elegance: Renovated Orange Beach Condo

Newly renovated Gulf front condo directly on the beach. Beautifully decorated, it will sleep up to 12 people.

Amenities include a new outdoor pool and indoor pool, tennis court and grilling area.

You can rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach. Shopping and restaurants across the street and grocery stores too!

Enjoy the large balcony with your morning coffee or tea while sitting on a glider or watch the sun rise over the ocean and enjoy amazing sunsets from the 7th floor while sitting at the new bar top table and chairs.

Every room has a smart TV and its own access to a bathroom.

There are 2 pools. One is outside (as pictured) and the other is an indoor heated pool.

The sliding doors and windows have just been replaced in the entire unit. Please do not leave the doors open as humidity inside the unit will be an issue for you if you do.

In 2026 there will be a new parking policy where you pay $50 for your stay/car. You will need to register your spot when you arrive. We will have one guaranteed spot at that time. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site unless there is availability to register and park a 2nd car which will also be $50 for the stay for that vehicle.

No Smoking, House parties or pets. Guests must be 25 years or older.

The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of nine. The view from the balcony was glorious! Comfortable furniture inside and out (especially the gliders on the balcony!!). The condo is close to shopping and restaurants, but the best part is the beach! Alisha is a wonderful host and very responsive to messages.

Location was great with restaurants and stores within walking distance. Condo is newly renovated and very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Sometimes at night on the weekend parking can be a little tough but you can usually find a place. 3 bedrooms and a room with 2 queens is hard to find so we were very happy with this unit.

Gorgeous view, great location, superb host!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Alisha’s home! The condo is large enough for each person to have their own space while also being laid out perfectly for family time. We are locals who went for a staycation and the location could not have been better! We enjoyed every minute and did not want to leave! If you’re torn on a condo, please hesitate no longer and book from Alisha! I searched for the right condo for weeks and am so thankful that we booked with her.

2025 Orange Beach trip

The condo was newly renovated with beachy colors and decor. New flooring and comfortable furniture. The master bath was renovated with a nice big walk-in glass shower and a large soaking tub.If we had a problem or question Alisha answered them ASAP.We will stay there again.

Beautiful

The condo was so beautiful, comfortable and fit our family’s needs perfectly!! So nice to have a bathroom/shower for each room!! We really appreciated the beach chairs and sand toys that were provided by hosts to use—saved us from having to bring them!! Location was great with grocery’s and ice cream across the street. We had a wonderful time — just very tricky with parking.. didn’t get back early enough first night and had to park in the overflow which is located behind Walmart… but other than that it was great!!

Perfect for Large Family

We have 6 kids so it can be tough to find a comfy place to stay where we don't have to use the couch as a bed. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very relaxing. The access to the beach was perfect and the indoor and outdoor pools kept our kids having fun after the grown-ups were tired of the beach. Parking was tricky, but we managed to not have to use the overflow. It was perfect.

Unit 707 is a nice corner unit. We were surprised that none of the 3 bedrooms had a chest of drawers to pack our clothes or even a luggage stand for our suitcases.

Great location. The property manager was very receptive to our needs during our stay. The main downside was lack of parking spaces available. Overall we had nice family vacation.

Not worth the money!

The condo was beyond dirty. Not only floors, patio but kitchen was filthy. I contacted owner but they really did not seem to care. There were no drawers in any of the bedrooms to put your clothes. Several broken chairs in dining room Very overpriced for what we received.

Great place, terrible parking

Nice place. We loved the patio furniture. The pool has been upgraded; we never used it. The parking lot is too small; we had to “stalk” people as they were leaving to get a space.

Great family location spot!

We are so glad we chose this property after weeks of looking for the right place for our long-awaited vacation! It was nicely updated and beautifully decorated with great views from both inside and from the large private corner balcony. The access to the pool and beach was super convenient and both areas were nicely kept. Plenty of stores, restaurant and grocery options are right across the street within walking distance. The condo was very quiet, elevators were always available, and the owners were easy to contact and responded in a timely manner with any needs. All of the children, teens and adults were comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Sun

Perfect location on beach across from a Walmart grocery store and Souvenir City. Condo was lovely and comfortable. It was especially nice that it is an end unit so it felt very private.

Just need to work out a few kinks

The place was great and the owners are super nice. The only issue was that the condo seemed to be cleaned in a rush. We found empty water bottles behind the door and the trash wasn’t taken out in one of the bathrooms. A towel rack fell down while simply hanging a towel. We had to contact the owners for more towels, as only 6 were supplied for a group of 8, but more were delivered very quickly! This was most likely the cleaners fault, not the owners. The big issue we had was that the listing says you get 2 parking places, but the condo doesn’t have enough parking for the units available. So if you arrive at the wrong time you will have no parking at all. They will instruct you to park 4 miles away on a different street and walk to the unit, as they don’t have a shuttle or anything to bring you back. This ended up only being an issue 1 night when we got back super late. We ended up parking across the street in the empty parking lot to a store and risked getting towed or a ticket. The beach was fantastic and the end unit was great! You have a giant balcony that could fit all 8 of us. The shades in the rooms are perfect at keeping all the light out in the mornings and for a nap. Plenty of hot water and reasonably stocked with kitchen supplies. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. If you plan to stay more than 2 days.

We love being hosts and sharing our beach with you! We are beach people and enjoy relaxing on the gorgeous beach going for a walk or enjoying the balcony. We often see dolphins in the morning.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose Orange Beach for it's ease and proximity to everything. We love this beach! There is plenty to do or not do when you visit. We are right in the heart of OB. We love that our place is across the street from shops, grocery and fishing stores so we don't feel the need to drive unless we just want to venture further out.

We are roughly 10 minutes from the Wharf where you can go to music concerts, shops or enjoy a dinner out. The Wharf is right near the intercoastal so walking and seeing the boats has been a treat for our children. They have a Ferris wheel and movie theater as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is close to the beach express making it easy to drive to as well as the amenities we offer. We have a beautiful, newly renovated beach entry pool as well as an indoor pool. Walking out onto the beach is easy and coming back is great also. We are close to stores and shops.
