Sea uno de los primeros en vacacionar en el mejor condominio en Phoenix West. Nuestro condominio está perfectamente situado en el séptimo piso con vista directa al río lento. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,950 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y recientemente amueblada. ¡También puedes aparcar directamente en el séptimo piso y evitar los ascensores!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar, televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 50 "con DVD Blue Ray en la sala de estar con sonido envolvente, un maestro con una cama king y un 42" TV de pantalla plana con un reproductor de DVD en el dormitorio principal, un segundo dormitorio con una cama king y un televisor de pared de 32 '', un tercer dormitorio con dos camas queen y un televisor de 32 'con reproductor de DVD, sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes .



Hay un río lento, tobogán acuático, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños cercada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y canchas de tenis en la azotea. También tenemos los condominios de al lado, 705 y 707, perfectos para familias numerosas.

We enjoyed out stay! Great location. We loved the lazy pool. The only complaint is only allowing 2 parking passes for a 3 bedroom condo. We needed 3 passes.

The property and amenities were amazing. Nice and spacious! My family didn’t want to leave! Ha!The only negative was the young woman working behind the counter at the desk in the lobby. She wasn’t super friendly and looked bothered by having to do her job.

Family Vacation

The unit was spacious and had a great view of the Gulf. We enjoyed the lazy River, hot tub and beach. Beds were comfy and we had all we needed for a nice week together.

Perfect vacation

Aside from the condo being dirty with dirty linens left in the closets and old soap in the showers this condo was exactly as pictured. Very spacious, great location. Will definitely be back.

We had a fun and memorable family trip staying at this condo. The space is very roomy and family-friendly, with a great view and a fantastic location. We especially loved the pool and lazy river—those were definite highlights for everyone!However, we did notice several cleanliness and maintenance issues that took away from the experience. The walls had visible dirt and even what looked like boogers in some spots, which was off-putting. The air vents were dusty, and several electrical outlets didn’t work properly. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, and we were surprised to find there was no iron in the unit.We still made the most of our trip—we’re good at turning lemons into lemonade—but compared to our stay at Phoenix West last year, this condo fell short. With a little extra attention to cleaning and maintenance, this place could be a top-notch rental.

The location is absolutely ideal because you can walk just a short distance from your car to the condo. The condo is so spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous, especially for porpus watching! All kitchen appliances and utensils are there for you.I used the gym each morning and there is an indoor pool.Major plus is the hospitable owners. They made sure we had everything we needed to settle in. You must stay there!

Our feet were black from walking around bare foot in the condo. There is a bar stool that needs to be repaired, replaced or removed. I normally do not rate a condo, however we paid way to much to be concerned about how clean this condo was cleaned.

Very nice and spacious condo. Rooms are good size . Decor is very tasteful( not a fan of some of the wild decor in some beach condos ...). 7th floor level is handy as you can park in that level in the parking garage and get to your condo w/o riding elevators. That is also handy for your arrival /departure since you can grab one of the carts ( on that same level) and more easily unload /load the car without having to put a big cart on an elevator. Gulf State Park is just north of the condo and has lots of paved trails for walking/biking. It was a wintertime stay for us, so the indoor pool down on the 1st floor was handy. The complex has a large lazy river/water slide /outdoor pool that would be great in the warmer months . Nothing negative to say at all. Would stay here again .

Phoenix West Unit 706

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the gulf. However, there are some issues with it. The couch is terrible, shedding feathers from the pillows, and has broken springs. Only basic cable is provided, with no premium channels available. Also, this is a 28 floor tower, with only 4 elevators. During peak time, you will spend considerable time waiting for an elevator. The coffee maker failed while we were there, but the management company had a replacement delivered very quickly. As a plus, parking for this unit terrific, you can park on the 7th level of the garage and be only a few steps from the condo.

Beautiful space for a winter "Getaway"

The dark stained wood furnishings are a nice contrast to the neutral toned tile floors and walls decorated with beautiful art. The new apolstered sectional is very comfortable with lots of cushions! The large upholstered matching lounger is neat, but somewhat difficult to get in and out of! The balcony has a new set of furniture with 6 comfortable chairs and and dining table. The indoor dining area seats 6 and there are 4 wonderful bar stools at the kitchen bar. The condo is well equipped with all the dishes, silverware, glasses, and cookware needed for a convenient stay. We love the view from this condo.; beautiful sunrises and ocean views from this east side location. Three bedrooms with four bathrooms is so convenient for company! The area offers so many opportunities for golfing, hiking the beach or State Park, art galleries and museums, wonderful restaurants, and music! We look forward to coming back every Winter! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just spent the past week at this property. This was our first time to Orange Beach. Would give this condo a 3/5. It’s a good size condo so lots of room to move around. Had 4 bathrooms which is nice. The cleanliness could have been better. Only an hour after checking in and walking around our feet were black. So could use a good mopping. Also, our sheets when we unmade the bed had hair in it that was not ours so that was a bit unpleasant. The kitchen needs a few more items, such as a few more storage containers, an oven mit. And the biggest thing that could be a big issue for someone if they were to work from here and need to make calls is there was ZERO cell service on any of our phones all week. And you could only FaceTime or text in condo with people who had iPhones. Otherwise you have to go to the beach. Wi-Fi worked just fine but absolutely no cell service. Each of our phones said SOS the entire time. We asked other families staying in this property and they said that was not an issue for them. So just a heads up for anyone staying in future. But overall it was a good stay. And you can’t beat the view.

Perfect Family Vacation 2024

The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and 2 babies. The kitchen was spacious enough for a few of us to cook together. Oh, and the separate ice machine was a hit!! It kept our coolers full of ice and drinks cold. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with beautiful sunsets and dolphins in the morning. We plan on coming back and staying at this condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
