- Bedroom 2 : This room includes two single 90x200 cm beds (convertible into a double bed), a large wardrobe, and a garden view.
- Toilets : A spacious independent WC with a washbasin.

- Mezzanine : This convivial space is perfect for gathering around a foosball table.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 : Connected by a shared bathroom with an Italian shower and WC, these rooms are each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed and a wardrobe, ideal for parents wishing to stay close to their children.
- Office Area : A quiet space for working or reading.

Garden Level
- A new independent bedroom has been recently added, offering privacy and comfort with a 160x200 cm double bed and a private bathroom.

- Veranda : A vast space extended by an outdoor lounge and dining area with spectacular panoramic views.
- Saltwater Pool : Measuring 8 m x 3.70 m, heated from May to October, it is secured by an alarm system.
- Garden: A lush area with exotic fruit trees (lychee, mango, avocado, coconut, banana, etc.) surrounds the property.
- Barbecues : A charcoal and a gas barbecue (barbecue/plancha) are at your disposal.
- Parking : Private parking with an automatic gate, offering several secure spaces.
