"Oh, it's pretty!" That's usually one of the first things people say when they see the Briland Cottage. While most of the other homes in the Rosemary Beach® community are white or blue, the bottom of the Briland Cottage is white, and the top floor is a pale robin's egg blue, which makes it stand out as colorful and inviting. When our guests open the doors, that's when the real fun starts!

Living Room and Dining Areas
One of the best things about this vacation home is the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and tall windows to let in the light. Right behind the living room is a dining area, and both are seamlessly connected and open. The focal point of the living room is an entertainment center with tall cabinets and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy your favorite movies and shows here on satellite or cable or get the DVD player out and run something from our DVD library.

Kitchen and Island Seats
The kitchen in the Briland Cottage is one for the record books. The well-lighted room with upscale gas range, plenty of prep space, and a large refrigerator make creating meals a joy. You can also take full advantage of the coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The beds are another thing that makes people want to keep returning. Comfortable and plush, they sleep eight guests. After a day at the beach, golf course, or town, you will want to get plenty of rest so you can have more fun the next day! The bunk beds for the kids are also popular here. They are custom-built, and each has a light beside it on the wall. They have that "cool" factor that will make the kids actually look forward to climbing in for the night.

What to Do in the Area
We have everything you want when you rent Briland Cottage. You'll find restaurants, shops, and cafes right near the rental. And don't forget about the beach! If you're looking for a quiet place to relax on the sand or hit some waves during your next trip, we have chairs and umbrellas available for you, too.

This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.
