OUTDOOR LIVING
The pool deck is where the vacation actually lands. The pool is large enough that 16 people never crowd it, and the deck has enough space that nobody has to move chairs to make room. Evenings organize themselves where the grill goes on, while someone chills in the water, and the 2nd-floor shared balcony catches the last of the Gulf light for a nightcap.

Walk east and Alys Beach takes a few minutes — the white Mediterranean architecture, the Green where the evening crowd gathers without needing a reason. Walk west, and Rosemary Beach gives you Barrett Square for dinner or a morning coffee, and the kind of village energy that makes people add a night to their trip.
The Timpoochee Trail runs the length of 30A and connects straight through — Seaside is west, the Saturday Farmers Market is reason enough to be on a bike by 9am, and Grayton is a longer ride for when the group wants to go further. The 6 included bikes are not a nice-to-have. They're the point.

· Pool heating is available for $45/day + tax, please arrange at least 24 hours before arrival so the water is ready when you are
· The door from the living area to the pool deck has an audible safety alarm — it's an intentional, legally required safety feature, and worth knowing about before the first morning, so it doesn't catch the group off guard
· Beach chair setup is seasonal: March 1 through October 31. Outside this window, chairs are not set up
· Gulf views are glimpses — visible from the 3rd-floor balcony looking south; the pool deck and lower floors face the neighborhood
· The bunk room has two twin-over-full bunks (twin on top, full on the bottom) with ladder access — a consistent hit with kids; comfortable for adults who don't mind a cozy climb
· Parking for 5 vehicles within the gated community; no trailers or additional street parking
