We would be delighted to welcome you to our family home in Larmor-Plage for a rejuvenating stay between sea and nature.

Located only 10 minutes walk from the beach of La Nourriguel, our house benefits from an ideal location. This beach, more confidential and less frequented than the other beaches of Larmor, is particularly appreciated by the inhabitants who meet there with their families to enjoy the calm and beauty of the coast.

Also within a 10-minute walk you will find a Biocoop offering fresh bread, local products, groceries, caterers and everything you need for your holiday.

A house designed to live the summer in complete serenity

One of its great assets is its natural freshness, which is particularly appreciable on summer days. The rooms remain pleasantly temperate, allowing you to enjoy restful nights even when the temperatures rise. After a day at the beach or on the coastal paths, everyone finds a calm and comfortable space.

The house comprises:

-3 bedrooms:
* 1 bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm
* 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 200 cm
* 1 children's bedroom with cabin bed 90 x 180 cm

-A large dormitory/library/screening room room (our favorite room!) equipped with 2 sofa beds, ideal for children or guests

- A fully equipped kitchen

- A living room with a terrace with a view of the harbour

- 2 bathrooms:
* 1 with bath and shower
* 1 with shower

- 2 separate toilets

- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Pleasant outdoor spaces

The enclosed garden is perfect for meals and moments of relaxation:

* Wooden terrace
* Garden furniture
* Large outdoor table for 8 people
* Gas plancha

You will also have:

* A programmable pellet stove for off-season stays
* Equipment for young children (high chair, travel cot)
* A garage with water point, very practical for rinsing your feet and beach equipment when you return from swimming!

A real family home

We live here all year round. The house is therefore perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, small appliances, plenty of crockery, etc.

Families with young children will also find plenty of games, books and activities suitable for children up to 8 years old.
