The Space:
This home features a main level with master bedroom and bath, guest half bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The second level has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, 2 bathrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin XL bunk beds for kids or adults. The basement has a movie room, home office and garage.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire home using a keyless access code that is unique to you and active during your stay.

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located in Morristown with convenient access to Interstate 40 and 81.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

I don't ask for anything special at checkout. Just wash as many of the used dishes as you can (you can start the dishwasher as you leave), leave any dirty towels in the bathroom, and leave beds unmade.

Felt Like Home

The house was exactly as described. My family and I felt very at home and it comfortably held all 14 of us. This house had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Check in was very easy. We had most everything we needed in the kitchen. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was quickly fixed. We especially enjoyed the screen porch. Would definitely rent from this host again.

Everything about this property was amazing! House was very well stocked and everything was clean and organized. 6 adults and we had more than enough room for everyone. Owners were responsive to emails and made the check in and out seamless. 1000% would book again.

Another successful family Christmas....

The house and the ammenities are perfect for our annual family Christmas gathering. It is a very short drive to groceies, restraunts, and more. Nice extras provided by the host like the besdide phone charging stations, smart tvs, and fast wi-fi. We'll be back next year!

Everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay. The home was well-kept, well supplied, and clean. The neighborhood appeared friendly and safe. We didn't get a chance to use the movie room in the basement (except to turn it on and checkout the sound system) but it would be a great place to watch a movie or just the morning news.

Lots and lots of room! Screened in sun deck with table and chairs! Laundry. Movie room. Clean . In the country neighborhood but so close to town. The town has everything and tons of dinning options. Good communication with the owner. Fenced yard.

Perfectly appointed and excellent host

Our trip to the Morristown area was superb because of the home. We had five adults and all experienced a restful sleep in comfortable beds. The kitchen is excellent for cooking and the location is 3 miles from a grocery store. The theater room in the basement is a great addition and the chairs are perfect for watching a movie. Communication from the host was timely and thorough. Great home.

Excellent location

Very large house with a quiet neighborhood. Everyone loved the available amenities. The downstairs theatre was great and the BBQ area made it easy to hang out. Really close to beautiful Panther Creek which had lots of beautiful hiking trails. When we had an issue with some plumbing, trucks and workers were immediately ready to come by and remedy the situation the same day. All in all we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back.

High recommeded

We had to travel 5.5 hours from Virginia for our kid's motocross race at the Great Smoky Mountain Expo. This property was much more than what we could ask for. The house was spotless, and it had such a homey feeling. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our fur babies. Our children loved the movie room. They have yet to stop discussing the “cool couches” and how we need them. It was lovely to have a very responsive and patient property owner who even lent us his local food spot preferences. The location was hard to beat; grocery stores, gas stations, and food spots were conveniently accessible without a long drive. We highly recommend this property to all if we are

Bad odors

The property was in a good area for us. The musty smell was over powering. We left 3 days early because my allergies couldn’t take it. This would not be a good property for people with allergies and or mobility problems. Steep walk to front door and very steep stairs in the house.

Hamblen house- just okay.

Overall the house and property was sufficient for what was needed. I do feel like the house should have been much cleaner than what it was. There were cob webs, dead bugs everywhere. The bathroom rugs were dirty. The cups in the cabinets were not clean and had to be washed. Overall the house could really use a detailed deep clean.

Weekend Getaways
