This was our first trip to Destin. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. Woke up to beautiful sunrises and most days could see dolphins out in the ocean. It was November so the place was pretty quite and relaxing.

Alicia’s property was beautiful! From the view from our balcony to the decorations and amenities! Alicia was a pleasure to work with and communication was awesome! My fiancé and I were visiting to check out possible ideas for our wedding in 2026 and we cannot wait to book! Thanks Alicia!!

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The bed sunk in on one side, we checked under the mattress and the box spring was broken and didn’t hold the mattress up on one side of the bed. We were only able to sleep on half the bed. Reached out to Alicia and she did not respond at all during our entire stay, 9 days. Very disappointing when you can’t sleep comfortably on vacation.

Place and cleanliness was fantastic. Communication was decent. Really the only negative was the bed. Not really comfortable. Would stay again, with only a tiny resentment.

Alicia was a wonderful host! She responded quickly to anything that I had questions about. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean. Super clean too may I add! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Great stay A

Keep looking! There are hundreds of condos in Destin.

We booked this unit for a 2 week stay. Condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. View of beach is great. Easy access to high rise property from main road. Long walk outside to reach the condo from the elevator but there are carts you can use for luggage and groceries. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bedding and linens were basic and poor quality. Dinette set had only 3 chairs (when I inquired, the owner said a previous tenant had broken a chair) so don’t invite another couple over for a meal. Couch is very worn. Keurig did not work at all. (There is also a coffee pot but we had already acquired k-cups for the keurig.) No clothes hangers in the condo.You cannot adjust the thermostat! Lots of rules about what you can and cannot do with a list on the counter that you don’t see until you arrive. Overall, we were disappointed. Would not recommend nor return.

Pleasant stay

The view was terrific even though we went during a stormy season, I enjoyed sitting on the patio. The internet was not great for working, my husband had a lot of difficulty with conference calls so I don’t recommend if you’re trying to get work done. If it’s only pleasure, then the property was great. The ammenities were unavailable during the entirety of my 2 week stay so if you want to swim in the pool , double check before booking.

Clean, perfect view of the ocean and easy beach access

Overall the stay was great, like others have said you can’t adjust the thermostat and that is frustrating for people who have medical reasons that need to sleep with it a few degrees cooler. The bed was a firm type which I normally don’t like but I slept amazingly on it. It was clean and easy access to the beach, this room does not come with an umbrella and chairs but you can pay for one to be set up. I would stay there again it is convenient to a lot of great restaurants and excursions.

Very Hot Condo

The condo is very pretty and has amazing views. However if you are a hot person take additional fans. The ceiling fan over the bed did not work. I ask about a replacement battery for the remote, and I was told the cleaner had picked one up and would be by to change it. She never showed up. Thank goodness we found a box fan in the closet. This condo does not come with beach service Like the other ones do. They come with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Alicia had 2 chairs in the condo but after we got to the beach and set them up they were broke. So I spent and additional $200.00 that I had not planned on spending for 2 chairs and an Umbrella. We were there for 6 days. The staff was great however we also learned we didn’t have towel service so off to wash towels and wash cloths so we could have clean ones. The owner ask for pictures of the chairs and I sent them but, no response from her afterwards. The facility is beautiful and we will stay again just a different room than this one. Needs to offer a few more perks.

Dolphin Heaven

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, efficiently organized with lots of storage options if one was staying for a couple weeks. Condo staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is great for beach walking and very close proximity to rhe harbor. My husband went deep sea fishing and I could watch his boat come in from the balcony. Also, added bonus, large pods of dolphins playing half the day right in front of the balcony. I was working while here and enjoying watching them during meetings. Overall, great stay.

The Get Away

A It was a lovely time. The weather was not cooperative, but I really didn’t mind. The condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and we would go back. We have one complaint and it’s about the bed. The mattress is too big for the frame so when you sit on the side of the bed, you can slide down to the floor. The mattress slept very well, but it was a little dangerous to sit on the side of the bed.
