BEACH CHAIR SERVICE- 2 chairs/1 umbrella for each reservation March 1- October 31 (you may rent additional chairs from the beach attendant)
***One of the elevators is being worked on and being upgraded.
This boutique building on Holiday Isle is just off the busy highway but close to all your favorite places - Boshamps, Louisiana Lagniappe, McGuires and of course right on the Beach!

Bedroom 1 - direct ocean views en-suite bathroom, king bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV w cable and large closet for your belongings.

Bedroom 2 - side ocean views, 2 double beds, dresser, 1 nightstand, ceiling fan, TV w cable, and closet - full bath is across from this bedroom

Dining Area- Table and chairs for 6

Living Room- leather couch and 2 leather recliners, 2 end tables, coffee table and 55” ROKU smart tv with cable

Kitchen- Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher and large peninsula island for prep

We love this building because you only share our private beach with 40 other owners and their guests!

Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30 please purchase trip insurance as no refunds, credits or dates changes will be given outside of our cancellation policy.

This was a girls trip to the beach! The condo was just as described and as seen in images, clean and comfortable with all the amenities listed. Would recommend having more than one washcloth per person. We had great views of the beach/ocean from the balcony. The pool was wonderful and refreshing. While most of our time was spent on the beach or in the ocean. So relaxing, an umbrella and 2 chairs were provided, added bonus. There are washers and dryers available located near the elevators, but not in the condo and are coin operated, I don’t remember seeing mention of this, a little misleading. There was one elevator down for repair but we didn’t find it to be bothersome. Nice location and close to restaurants and entertainment. We had great time.

We had an amazing stay here. First off, don’t let anything worry you about one of the elevators being out. With just one elevator, we only waited a moment for the elevator to arrive and rarely had any stops or anyone in the elevator with us going up or down. Definitely different than some of the larger complexes we’ve stayed at. Check in and access was clearly defined and super easy. We had everything we needed throughout the condo from the kitchen to the bathrooms, as well as TVs during the downtime. Beach service was great. Front row each day, and we rented two extra chairs and an extra umbrella for our entire family to relax. Plenty to do nearby, though we spent most of the time at the beach unless going out to eat. If you go to Louisiana Lagniappe nearby, try to go right when they open at 4 because parking is very limited. There was a line of cars waiting to park when we left after finishing our meal.

Beautiful View

The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. We liked that the condo parking lot and beach walk were both gated. Convenient to Chick-fil-A and Winn Dixie. Lots of good restaurants close by as well. Loved the beach chair and umbrella that came with condo. Would definitely come back !!

Family vacation

We stayed at the property for the first time this June and we will 100% be back. The condo was exactly as described and the beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in on a vacation! The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rental included chairs and an umbrella which were set up daily right on the shoreline. The beach was never overly crowded nor was the pool. We have two young sons and they had the time of their lives. We plan to return next year as well. Loved every second of it, and highly highly recommend!

My family and I overall had a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, private beach, and chair service. Our condo was located on the 6th floor which would not have been an issue if the elevators were working however, one elevator was down when we got there and by the time we left the elevators weren’t working at all.

Excellent stay

The condo itself is great. Wonderful location, clean, and we loved that it wasn’t crowded. The unit was in a corner spot so it was quiet which was nice. We loved the chair service, super convenient. The actual building itself could use some updating. They were down to one elevator which was inconvenient and sometimes a wait and the water pressure for the showers is not great. Overall, we would definitely book here again.

Destin - warmth & sun

We were slightly diappointed, very little sun but lots of warmth.We were also disappointed as we did not know that the pool was unheated until after we booked.It was in a very nice location and the beach was wonderful. Accomodations were very adequate.

Wonderful vacation

We found this last minute and it met our expectations! It was our first time in Destin. The place was clean and spacious. Enjoyed being right on the beach. We did not have to cross the road which was great! It was also really nice to have beach chairs as well. WeWrwould definitely stay here again.

Wish we stayed longer

Beautiful location, the views really dont get better. Gated access on all sides so you feel secure. Very clean property, no real complaints to speak of. Owner was super friendly and gracious, and patient with us when I made an error during the booking process. Overall amazing stay, and we plan to rent again in the future.
