The Cottage on Millionaires Row se encuentra en Alexandria Bay, Nueva York. Esta área en el norte del estado de Nueva York también se llama las 1000 islas. La planta baja incluye un dormitorio privado, una sala familiar grande, una mesa de juego de tejo, un baño completo y lavandería. El segundo piso incluye una cocina y bar abiertos, comedor / sala de estar, un dormitorio principal, baño completo y una escalera de mano al desván del ático.

La propiedad incluye el uso de un gran muelle para incluir mucho espacio para un bote grande, natación cristalina y excelente pesca. También incluye el uso de una piscina privada con casa de baños y un gran patio privado. Estamos ubicados a poca distancia del pueblo de Alex Bay y cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas.

Peaceful

The property and its location were amazing. Having access to the owners pool was a big plus (especially in July). Deep water access and plenty of protected dock space was great. Owners were wonderful, and the property manager was on top of everything. We would definitely rent again.

A Bay Getaway

Fabulous location right on the river in a protected part of Alexandria Bay. Easy to get the boat out from the long and easily accessible dock, and easy to get to Alex Bay for touristy activities. Home was spacious and comfortable with all the modern amenities needed. The dogs especially liked the large living spaces and the quiet neighborhood for walks.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this spot. The place was very clean and had a great location with plenty of amenities. We had a beautiful view of the river off the porch and had a short walk to the river where we were able to keep our boat docked up. Robert was a very generous host and was always there for us if we needed him. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be on the river.

Views from the upstairs patio were gorgeous! The home was clean and well equipped. 1 mile from uncle Sam’s boat tours, restaurants and shops! Not sure why they advertise private pool. The pool is gated on to the owners private home. Overall beautiful views and close to town

Great location - Wonderful view

This is a lovely place, lots of space. Great host. A very seasonal location, very quiet after the summer. Perfect if you want to get away. It was a bit cumbersome the actual house as there were a few options at the end of the GPS instructions. All in All, very good.

This place is great!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. I disagree with those who say you need a boat. We could have sat on the deck, dock, or at the firepit all day and just watched the ships go by. Lots to do in the area, house is close to A Bay but is quiet and private. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location on the river near Alexandria Bay.

I would vacation again at this location. Homeowner was always available if I had any problems or questions. We had a exciting evening on the 4th sharing time with the homeowner watching fireworks over Boldt Castle around the fire pit. I'm looking forward to returning again next month. A boat is definitely needed in this area.

Beautiful spot in the Heart of Alex bay

The location and property were amazing. It is truly right in the heart of Alex bay. Clayton is a 15/20 minute ride by car or boat. Lake of the isles and Canada are right around the corner, and you can see Boldt castle from top of the hill. The boat dock and storage was amazing, we easily fit our two boats there. The house was great and pictures are accurate. The loft area is a little more suited for kids or teenagers. Would be perfect for a family, or multiple couples. We would definitely stay again, the owners had great communication and were welcoming and answered any and all questions.

The view of the river was amazing and in a great location close to restaurants and shops. However, we were notified a day before our arrival that a fundraising event would be taking place on the property that required a tent to be set up one day up in advance of the event taking place. Even though we enjoyed the property and location, I would have expected to be notified in advance that an annual event would be taking place the week of our stay. With only one day notice prior to our arrival, we were not given the opportunity to reschedule for a different week without loosing our money. If we were notified in advance, then I would have booked a different week. The property owner was very nice but I just wish we would have been notified months prior to our trip so we could have chosen another week.

We do apologize for the later notice. Our annual charity event date is not set in stone until all moving parts and benefactors are finalized. It is a prestigious event in the 1000 Islands by invite only, and we hoped that you would have enjoyed being able to be included. We would have absolutely given you much earlier notice when you had originally booked had we known that even would fall during your stay with us. Family getaway

We have frequented the 1000 Islands for 35 years and keep our 38’ boat at a nearby marina, however we rent each summer to entertain friends and family. The property is beautifully maintained and is unrivaled for its views, proximity to the restaurants, boathouse, and homeowner. We received a warm welcome from Robert (owner) who highlighted all the property’s amenities, making us feel at home. Property sleeps 4 adults and 2 teenagers ( loft) comfortably. Kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces worked wonderfully and met all our needs. A great opportunity to have the best views and location in all the 1000 islands.

Beautiful setting

A friend and I, along with my (2) small dogs, enjoyed a couple relaxing days at this lovely cottage. The home is very clean and well equipped. Great view of River and ships passing, both from the home, as well as while sitting in the beautiful yard, listening to the waterfall built into the rock wall! The big custom arch window, along with skylights t/o the home, bring in lots of sun light and allow you to enjoy the natural beauty of your surroundings even when you are inside. The (2) bedrooms are great, with (1) on the lower level and the 2nd on the 2nd floor, or what is considered the main living area with living room and kitchen. Each of these levels have a full BR, which is great. The loft area has sleeping space for (2) w/ small mattresses on the floor, so that space is best for kids. I think kids would love the space and it would add to their fun vacation. Rob was very welcoming to his property, which was appreciated because you are sharing a big open yard with his main home. He was eager for us to enjoy all the property had to offer, but he was not intrusive at all. Very nice host. A big plus is the option to use Rob's pool, which is unusual for a rental. If traveling with someone challenged by stairs, this might not be the best property as you have a full set of stairs to get to the main living area of the home (but great handrail), as well as a full set of stairs to get to the water if you wanted to access the River. Very nice accommodations and beautiful setting.
