Thousand Island Park es un lugar mágico situado en una isla entre Ontario y la parte continental de Nueva York en el hermoso río San Lorenzo. Paso fuera de la red y el transporte a nuestro diseño feliz casa, cómodo.

Envolvente porche, 5 habitaciones (una de ellas en planta baja), dos baños completos (uno es la planta baja), cocina con gas de cocina, parrilla de gas, lavadora / secadora, patio grande, estacionamiento para 2 coches camino de entrada equipado. Ocupación máxima = 10.

Las habitaciones de arriba consisten en 2 reyes (una habitación king tiene su propio porche para dormir / sentarse), una reina y una doble. El cuarto de abajo es una cama queen. Hay dos camas porche para dormir deliciosa apantallados porche.

Modernas comodidades en una casa construida en 1894. ¡Pero no demasiado modernizado!

La casa está lleno de rompecabezas y juegos. Cable y Wifi de doble banda de alta velocidad incluido. La mesa de comedor cómodamente a 8 - 10 personas. También hay una mesa con capacidad para más de 6 personas en el porche y una mesa de cocina con capacidad para 6. Esta casa es muy querido y bien mantenido y no su alquiler normal. Oscilación del árbol, tendedero, y puertas de pantalla bofetadas hacer la transformación a tiempos más simples completa.

Great cottage

Very nice property, well maintained, excellent condition, great location. We have rented many different cottages in T.I. Park over the last 20 years and we all agreed that this was better equipped than any other cottage we have rented.

In one word, PERFECT!

I don't even know where to begin to describe the incredible week my family and I had in Thousand Island Park and particularly in this FABULOUS cottage! I grew up in Thousand Island park and was very familiar with this gorgeous cottage and its awesome corner lot and incredible wrap-around front porch. It was such a pleasure to be able to bring my entire family to stay here for the week. The cottage was very clean and kept up. There are five bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds. One bedroom is downstairs which was perfect for my elderly mother. Linens were fresh and towels and washcloths were placed in each of the bedrooms. A Nice and welcoming touch. The kitchen is stocked with every pot, pan, utensil and appliance you could imagine. there wasn't anything we needed that we couldn't find. The piece de resistance is of course the gorgeous and roomy front porch which is completely screened in. I would say my family and I spent about 80% of our week just relaxing on the front porch. We kept saying to each other "isn't there something we should be doing or someplace we should go?" and the answer was always "nah!" We were there to relax and enjoy the tranquility and thats what we did thanks in part to this lovely setting we were in. I highly recommend this cottage and if you are thinking of visiting Thousand Island Park, I say "stop thinking about it and JUST DO IT!" Thank you again to the wonderful owners for sharing there home with us.

Just what were looking for!

The Andersen's home had everything we needed for our family vacation. The huge screened in porch and massive dinning table allowed all of us staying there and several other relatives to eat, play games and just hang together whenever we wanted to. Thousand Island Park's playground was at the top of the kids' Must Do list and they made several new friends while playing there. Everyone we met while in TIP was super friendly and polite. And the owners, Susan and John, were fantastic and we enjoyed talking with them.

TIP is the best and this is a great house to stay in and enjoy it all!

Very comfortable and well stocked. A wonderful screened porch where we spent lots of time. And a couple of beds in sleeping porches! How great is that!

TI Park house with great porch

Enjoyed our time with friends in TI Park This is the second year in a row at this property. The space fit our group well. The furnishings are a bit dated and could benefit from being updated. However we did not lack anything.

Great place to stay in TI Park

The house is great gathering place for family and friends. The porch is perfect for having meals or just hanging out on a warm summer day. The house is conveniently located to everything in TI park. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and yet we never saw them. We would consider renting this property again.

Great week, third year in a row

As per usual, the cottage was in nice shape, clean and nicely furnished. In fact, some new porch furniture this year made things very comfortable. We love staying here. The cottage in very well located, near all the things we are interested in (water, hotel, Guzzle, etc). It’s home away from home.

Charming, comfortable and welcoming!

This is a lovely cottage with so much charm and a wonderful, huge screened-in porch where you can enjoy your days and evenings. It is loaded with TLC. The kitchen is full of anything you could need and the dining room table is ready for a very large group to enjoy. Lots of games are available for everyone and a large grassy yard was great for our grandchildren. Several sleeping porches are available for warm nights. We enjoyed this home in July, 2018 and would love to stay there again if we travel back to TI Park. I can't say enough about how gracious and helpful the owners were. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us many helpful tips for our first visit. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their wonderful home.

Great space for our family reunion! Spacious screened porch and dining rooms.

We enjoyed having access to bicycles, board games and croquet. (Haven’t played since I was a child!). Within walking distance of the playground, library tennis courts and pier. Perfect sleeping accommodations for our family. Memorable reunion.

Truly a Peaceful Escape

I don't count any more how many years we've been renting a cottage in TIP. What I can report is that we've rented True North for the past 2 years and don't even think twice about renting a different cottage. The best part about this cottage is the room to spread out, all the little niches which are perfect for each family member and the first floor bedroom and bath for Grandma. The wrap-around porch is our favorite area of this cottage and where we spend the majority of our time. The cottage is located in a peaceful, spacious area but so close for my boys to hop on their bikes and go to the Guzzle, playground, library and dock. True North is truly a welcoming escape. We look forward to our visit each year.

very good fit for our family

We like especially the roomy porch area and the large dining room and table that makes it nice for our family to gather for a meal. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Location in the Park is handy. All in all, a very nice week in the 1000 Islands.

Perfect cottage for the extended family

My extended family and I have been vacationing in TIP for the last 5 years. This is the first time that we rented a cottage that was big enough to accommodate us and all the activities we enjoyed doing. Not only was the cottage big enough but was clean, well equipped and in the perfect location. We are already looking to next summer vacation and getting ready to book this cottage again. The owners are very prompt with any questions you may have.

True North is a gem

As a family, we've rented at TI Park for 10 years. We've been in 4 different cottages. We have nice memories and things to say about all of them, but our experience at True North this week was exceptional. The cottage is so well cared for. The lay out of big porch, large dining room and table, comfortable living room with well-functioning tv's, big bedrooms and great location suited us to a tee. We very much would like to return next year and do it all over again.

Wonderful porch, spacious cottage

We had a delightful stay in this well-equipped spacious cottage in historic Thousand Island Park. Just steps from the River, Guzzle, playground, hotel, and other amenities of TIP, we were able to walk everywhere. The wraparound porch was our favorite spot for dining, relaxing, lounging, and playing games. The owners were also very accommodating. We would strongly recommend to others.

Home was very clean and well supplied.

We are John and Susan Andersen. We live full-time on Wellesley Island. We have 3 adult children and three grandchilden, a cat and a turtle. Feeding Dudley the turtle daily is a highpoint for all our previous guests. 🐢

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our hearts are in this property. John's family has been in T.I.Park since 1931. His grandparents bought “Andersen I” on Union Av and our oldest kids are taking that one over. Our house was lovingly maintained by the Shiro family for about 30 years before we purchased it in 2010.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love imagining the history of the house. Most of the windows and doors are original, as are the wide-plank floors. This is one of the few houses in the community that has year-round living, with its own artesian well, insulation, and propane heat. During the summer season, the house is connected to county water and sewer.
