Citrus Cottage in Old Town Orange near Chapman U & Disneyland

Spacious stand-alone guest cottage in the heart of Old Town Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Town Orange. Street parking is available. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

Orange is loaded with history. Walking around the streets enjoying all the unique home styles is part of what makes our neighborhood interesting, with most of the homes built a 100 years ago. Located minutes away from Disneyland, 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes to Newport Beach, 3 minutes from Chapman University and a short walk to great dining in the Circle.

Old Towne Orange is a great walking town. We are conveniently located off of the 55 Freeway. If visiting Orange County for the first time you are centrally located to almost everything.

The little home can accommodate up to three people but it is best suited for 2. Not suited for small children.

Please note.... we have two units on the property, a front house and a back cottage. The cottage is the one available for stays. We are in the front house and available if needed.
The City of Orange has a newly adapted policy on Short Term Rentals (10-01-2021). Each reservation will be required to add on a 10% Lodging Tax, similar to the local hotel or motel reservations. This fee goes directly to the city. If the fee is not collected at the time of the reservation it will be required prior to checking in. Unfortunately, we are required to charge this and wish there was a way around it considering we have always tried to run a "mom and pop" type rental. We are licensed, permitted, insured and pay taxes on our rental unit. Considering all of this, our hope is that you will still stay in our cottage and get that feeling that you are staying with extended family while away from home and fully enjoy all the charm that Orange has to offer.
