Sleeping up to 5 people, the apartment features a large, bright living room opening onto a furnished terrace with views of the pool and the Atlas Mountains. You’ll be welcomed into a tasteful and chic setting with a few oriental touches.
The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of storage space and all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals. You’ll quickly feel right at home here!
As for the sleeping areas, each bedroom features a double bed and a large built-in closet. There are two bedrooms in total, one of which opens onto the terrace.
Two spacious bathrooms are available. One features a walk-in shower, and the other has a whirlpool tub for relaxing after long days exploring the "Red City."
Finally, you can also enjoy the residence’s pool and large green space in complete tranquility.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the Prestigia – Corail Residence in Marrakech Golf City. It is accessible by elevator. You will receive the keys at the beginning of your stay.

Located in the Musc Garden neighborhood, the residence is just a ten-minute drive from all of Marrakech’s top tourist attractions (the Medina, Jemaa El Fna Square, Gueliz, El Badii Palace, El Bahia Palace, etc.).

Located between the Menara Mall and Al Mazar, it takes just five minutes to reach these shopping centers.

Taxis are readily available upon request at the residence’s entrance.
We can offer an airport-to-residence shuttle service with a private driver, as well as car rentals and excursions.

- For Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in.

- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal prosecution.

- You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood and to respect local customs and traditions.

- Any additional guests must be reported to the host.

- We do not accept groups of more than two men.

-We remind you that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.

-You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted

-In the event of failure to comply with good neighborly rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.

-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.

-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
