This private end unit is a great location ! The closest walk to the beach from the development, just a few steps for 5-6 minutes. 2 pools, tennis court, racquetball court, boat dock. Upper deck views of the outdoor pool and tennis courts. Walk to grocery store, CVS, great restaurants, and ice cream and so much more. Park your car and unpack right next to the unit.
We supply a beach wagon, beach chairs, and sand toys for outdoor fun. Bonus of a private outdoor patio shower!! Enjoy newer beds. Upper deck sofa and 2 chairs with coffee table for dining, sipping coffee or a glass of wine. Below deck enjoy meals on patio table and chairs. WIFI, year-round heated indoor swimming pool and sauna for rainy or snowy day swims. Enjoy the beach year-round. It is a favorite to swim and look out the windows while it is snowing.

This unit has its own private boat dock for your jet skis, boat, kayaks, paddle-boards, fishing poles for the bay. Enjoy our fishing pier and cast a line. Room to bring bicycles and keep them stored in lockable patio.
GORGEOUS soul soothing sunrises over the ocean, bring your cameras. Sunsets over the bay are spectacular.

We have smart TVs with cable and free WIFI.

Great property for our stay at OC!! Short walk to the beach and crabcake factory. Fav place to eat while we were there! Nice, clean place with everything needed. We used their towels and it was very convenient not to have to bring them. Thanks for a great place!

National Dance Competition

The property was great and had everything we needed! Located 1.5 blocks from the ocean, close to grocery store and other shopping. About a 10-20 minute drive to Convention Center depending on traffic.

Perfect Place!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend across the border in Delaware and it was a perfect location, very clean, instructions were incredibly easy to follow.

Good Spot

The condo was clean and had all a friend and I needed for a two-night stay in OC for a golf outing. Host was also very responsive and stayed in good communication when necessary. Would recommend.

The apartment was very clean and close to all amenities. The two ensuite bathrooms were great for our family of two adults and four kids.

Family vacation

This was the nicest condo we have stayed at yet! Perfect for my family of five, plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom in that bedroom was beautiful!! Large shower and bathtub! The location was perfect, closest to the pool and a short walk to the beach and shops! We couldn’t have been happier with this condo.

Home away from home

We had an amazing vacation made possible by this great rental. Our family of 5 was able to relax and recoup from our excursions in comfort, with plenty of space for everyone. We loved being able to have lazy mornings and not feel trapped in a hotel room, and the parking and location of condo could not have been more convenient. The outdoor pool was a great way to start the day, and you can easily see it from the deck, making it easy for one adult to be with the kids and for one to be getting everything ready for the day's activities while still easily communicating with each other. The beds were comfortable and the recliner was a great relief for our feet after walking the boardwalk for hours. The indoor pool was perfect for rainy days! We saved a lot of money by being able to use the full kitchen for most of our meals and with it being walking distance a variety of stores made running out for supplies convenient. We hope to be back again!

Great OC Condo right off 120th

This is a great cozy little condo. It is very clean and well maintained. The beach is only about a 5-7 minute walk. There is also 3 beach chairs and a wagon to help haul other items. The pool is right outside the front door which was perfect for a quick dip and cool off. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and a grocery store within walking distance for those last-minute items. There were a couple very minor items with the property after we checked in. After bringing it to the owner's attention they were very responsive and apologetic and worked around our schedule to make the repairs, even though we had expressed that it was not necessary and only wanted to bring it to their attention. Highly recommend this property.

Clean convenient OC condo

This condo served my daughter and I well during the Imagine Nationals Dance Competition in July. The property is very quiet and conveniently located for visiting OC or Bethany beaches.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

My sister, my mom, and I always take our 3 boys (ages 10, 7, and 5) to the beach for a long weekend. This place is the perfect location and provides so many necessities (beach wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, sheets, towels, etc), which really helped with car room for the trip down and back. Nearly everything we did was within walking distance. The pool, both indoor and outdoor, and the tennis courts were an added bonus! Free parking spots. We just can't say enough. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place, location and owners.

We had an absolute perfect stay here in Ocean City. I cannot say enough about the entire experience. Greg and Sue were so kind and accommodating. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds comfortable and the location is perfect. Closest to the pool and a couple minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Location price and big beds!

We had a getaway with friends and this condo was perfect! The super rare 2 queens and a king was what drew us in. The price is some of the best on the island and the place was stunning- we had other friends at other properties keep saying we had the best place! Check in was a breeze and the amenities were hard to beat- thanks Greg!

Disappointing

When I got the check in info about a week prior I was told the washer was broken and they were working on fixing it. The day before I asked for an update and was told a repair person would be out in the next day or so. That never happened. When we checked in the sheets had a bad odor as if they had not been washed or sat in a hot washing machine getting musty. The showers and tub had not been cleaned properly, you could see where the last guest had their bar of soap and there was hair in the shower. I reached out to Greg and he did give me most of the cleaning fee back and told us where to find extra sheets to remake the beds ourselves. We cleaned the showers and tub, however he insisted his cleaner still come the next morning. Tues afternoon he told us that a new washer/dryer would be delivered Wed and his cleaner would be there to let them in. No question of "is this convenient for you" Turns out they deliver the wrong thing so not only is there no new washer but they leave the condo a MESS. washer/dryer pulled out, furniture moved, things all over the counter for us to put back. When I told Greg about this he didn't so much as say "sorry" and zero compensation for not having laundry all week. I understand things break, but we booked a place with laundry and our privacy was violated..twice by the cleaner. We left a night early because we were just ready to be home

Hi and welcome to Ocean City MD, Its fun visiting all year round. Here are some of our favorite things to do with our family.
Swimming in the big beautiful heated indoor pool and sitting in the sauna all year round. Walking to Food Lion, CVS and WaWa. We love Rippons for the freshest seafood and highest quality.
Waking up early and walking to grab a cup of coffee at Dunkin', then heading to the beach to catch a sunrise followed by a long walk collecting shells and listening to the waves. Building sandcastles with the kids or sleeping in the beach chairs.
The town of Berlin is the cutest small town. We like the carriage ride in winter, the many places for lunch, antique shops, and the toy store.
We visit Assateaugue Island all year round as well where the wild ponies roam free along the beach and the entire island. It's a very special place for wildlife.
Walking on the boardwalk, riding bikes, and kayaking on the bay.
We like to shop at the outlets, and fish off the pier. The many restaurants are always yummy.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay. .

This unit is right by the outdoor pool and has a private deck overlooking the pool and tennis courts. The outdoor deck has newer deck furniture, and the private courtyard has a patio table and chairs. There is a year-round indoor pool to enjoy as well.
This unit is closest to the beach and pool. Quieter north end of Ocean City.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a brand-new stove. There is a new big screen tv in the living room and TVs in both bedrooms. We provide new bedding and pillows, pull out sofa, private courtyard, and deck, beach chairs, outdoor shower, some sand toys pool noodles and a beach wagon are also available.
