Enjoy our family's home located in historic Harbour Town for your family's summer getaway. This cozy home offers plenty of space for a large family vacation. New bedding throughout will offer a good nights sleep after your busy summer days. A walk to the beach, fishing on a Lake Erie charter boat, a trip to Cedar Point, or visit to Paper Moon Winery are all close by options to the home to plan your vacation day. Relax with your coffee by the fireplace or outside under the pergola in the private fenced in backyard as you plan your day or tell stories from the day before. Take a 10 minute walk to downtown Vermilion to enjoy the many restaurants and live music during the summer "Third Thursday" events to experience a small town summer atmosphere at its finest. Use the fully equipped spacious kitchen and dining room table to cook large family meals or use the grill and eat al fresco. Bikes are included and available for Mom, Dad, and four kids for rides to the candy shop or bakery. This is a great home and in a great spot. We hope your family enjoys this home as much as we do. You're sure to create fun family memories as you live "In Between Dreams"!

We consider ourselves "seasoned renters" and this is quite possibly the best place we have stayed. The location is everything we could have asked for. The home itself was clean, well appointed, and the extra touches made it so special. We just wish we had more time to explore and relax. Do yourself a favor and clear you calender for a trip to Vermilion and book this special place.

The property was perfect for a family stay. This time it was just my husband and I but hope to stay there again with the gradchildren. Had everything for all age groups and perfect to walk downtown.

This house is wonderful!! The space and layout was perfect for a newly walking 14 month old, pre-teens, young adults, and grandparents alike! There are large spaces inside and out, that allow the whole family to spend time together, as well as have time to yourself. Kitchen is well equipped, and every space in the home is beautifully, and thoughtfully put together, with couches, soft pillows and extra blankets right where you need them. :) The gar-bar, arcade area, and library room are so great! Kept kids and young adult parents content the whole week! I was extra thankul for extra beach chairs, bikes, life jackets and beach toys in the garage. Every space inside and out sets this place apart. And fantastic area to enjoy Main Street Beach and many others a short drive away. Loved it!! Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!

The home is set up well for entertaining families with games for all ages and close proximity to town. It’s an easy walk to town and the lake. Marty and Bridget are outstanding hosts! We will definitely stay here again.

Bachelor Party

We stayed here for a bachelor party. It was a great place to stay between Cedar point and the city of Cleveland. The beach and neighborhoods were also nice and the towns people were really friendly.

Wonderful spacious home!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the extra amenities, games and Gar-Bar set up for kiddos and for all age groups! There were 12 of us, and we had plenty of space to spread out and so enjoyed our stay! Within walking distance of quaint little town, beach, ice cream shop and shopping places! Hope to be back again sometime!

Wonderful holidays

Bridget was such a wonderful host - she even decorated the home for us to spend our Christmas there! Beds super comfy and we loved all the games, puzzles, and acrcade games. We will stay again when we come back to visit our family that lives locally!

Amazing Vacation

The house wonderful and my family enjoyed the amenities inside of the house. Great location to the beach and downtown area. We plan on visiting again. Our host was amazing answering my questions. Beautiful home and one of the better vacations I’ve had.

This house was perfect!!

Great location and it had plenty of room. Communication with host was great!! We stayed there over thanksgiving and she put out some fall deco and a pencil Christmas tree. Such a nice touch to make our stay special!!

The house is super cute. There are little areas for hanging out, playing games or reading. The backyard is perfect and would be a great place to play or hang out during the summer. Highly recommend!

Perfect for families!

Cozy house with plenty of space for our extended family of 11. Kids loved the arcade games and garage full of fun stuff. Nice fenced in yard and location close to town and walkable to beach. Fun time for all!

Marty and Bridget are amazing hosts and their house is amazing! I wish we stayed longer. The amenities are outstanding, the location is perfect, it’s clean, well stocked and lots of fun things to do! We will be back!!

Great stay over July 4th!

We stayed here in vermilion for the first time with some extended family. Short walk to the beach and downtown. We LOVED the fenced in yard and play set for the kids as well as all the extra games and things in the garage. The house was great to accommodate all of us and plenty of space to spread out. We will be back!

This was the most family friendly rental we have ever stayed at. The home was very clean. There was so many things for the kids to do. The house had plenty of seating… which is rare. It was very cozy. I don’t mean cozy small. I mean welcoming. Lots of gathering areas. The thought that was put into each room, hooks everywhere to hold towels and jackets, gathering areas for small groups. The room with the book shelves full of books and games for all ages was beyond perfect. Also they had plenty of towels and wash clothes, which again is never the case in most rentals. I just hope we can come back and enjoy the house in warmer weather so we can enjoy the wonderful yard. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Oh and the beds and couches were comfortable too. 5 stars and A plus plus.

Perfect for family/friends

The property was very clean and great for families with kids. The bikes, toys and games at the property kept everyone busy having fun the whole weekend. The short walk/bike to town and the beach were perfect to get outside and back quickly for the kids nap times. The hosts were very easy and responsive to communicate with.

Fabulous stay!

This house was a gem, perfectly located, close to town, shops, and the beach. Big enough to have family over for a cookout, and just perfect for our party of 5. Lots of entertainment options, games, puzzles, and such. Plenty of space, nice neighborhood, I could not have desired a better location. The owners are responsive, check in was a breeze, everything was perfect! Highly recommend this locaiton to anybody visiting Vermilion!

Overall a really nice place in a great location. Well kept and clean. The only disappointment were the amenities in the garage. One of the main reasons we picked this house was the rec area in the garage for our teenagers. The ping pong table was missing a net and not leveled at all. The air hockey table didn't work. There wasn't room enough to use the foosball table, and everything was so crowded at first that it couldn't even be used. I spent about an hour moving things around, leveling the ping pong table and clearing things from the garage so it could be used. The owner ordered a new ping pong table net but it didn't arrive until our last day.
