Kitchen was wonderful! House and view of the lake was very nice! The book left at the house explaining everything was actually the previous owners so we had a little trouble figuring out the tv downstairs but eventually did. Couple things missed by the cleaners but nothing terrible. We had lots of room and a great time! Thank you!!

Very well equipped kitchen, including spices, twa bags, Keurig pods, sugar, flour, barware, dishes. Plenty of paper products provided. There is a regular drip coffe maker which would have been nice to know. It took 2 different messages to get an answer and the response was Keurig only so we didn't bring coffee.9 people using a Keurig in a galley kitchen was quite cumbersome. The icemaker in the refrigerator was slow and leaked a bit. The furniture on the deck was great. The devore was soothing and beachy but not tacky or kitchy. The parking was plentiful. We were fortunate to have nice weather. Lake Erie is underappreciated.

My friends and I LOVED this place. It's beautifully decorated, lots of space, equipped with everything and anything needed, and very clean. We met the cleaning person upon our arrival and she was so sweet and did an excellent job of cleaning. We will plan another vacation at this location.

Close to home holiday

We loved the property. It was very clean and well stocked with all the conveniences. The layout was amazing, as was the incredible back porch and the view! We already want to go back.

This property was wonderful for our couples trip. It was beautifully decorated and had lots of little extra touches to make you feel right at home. Beautiful views of the water. Don't hesitate to book, you won't regret it.Thank you for a wonderful stay, I only wish it would have been longer. water.

Lake Life for a Weekend!

We stayed at this fabulous house on Lake Erie for a family member’s birthday and we had a wonderful weekend! The lake views are stunning as the back of the house is literally on the edge of Lake Erie! The kitchen was packed with everything we needed to cook a delicious meal and also to bake a cake! We didn’t use any of the spices or coffee we brought as the house already had those items. The beds were comfortable and we loved the extra phone chargers in so many rooms! We used the extra blankets to keep warm while out on the deck with the fire pit while we chatted & just watched/listened to the beautiful lake waters. The garage was huge and the cabinet full of games was a plus. We were 6 adults and we all felt like we had plenty of space so we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay in this lovely home again!!

Would return in a heartbeat- exceeded expectations

Beautiful property exactly as pictured. Went in the fall for a wedding and it was stocked with simple things you might forget like baggies or hairspray, fishing gear, extra blankets, phone chargers… just stunning. Men, women, teens and 8 year old loved the serene atmosphere and dragonfly theme. Perfect getaway. Truly a hidden gem. Thank you for helping create the perfect weekend for our son’s wedding! Bless

Great weekend at the Lake

Nine long time friends, 4 and half couples, 67-74. House was very accommodating, well kept and equipped, lots of comfy spaces. On the lake, but no real beach, accessible but tricky. Proximity to Vermillion was great. Wonderful deck area for congregating, perfect for our quick get away.

The description of the listing was very accurate of the home. We enjoyed all of the typical amenities in a home for cooking and games. The extra blankets and charging cords for our devices were an unexpected pleasure!

Family Girls Trip

We had a fabulous weekend in Vermilion at the Edgewater house! Absolutely beautiful property that was everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the large decks, entertainment area in the lower level and All the special touches that the owners provided! Plenty of parking space in drive and garage, as Vermillion does not allow on street parking! Walking around town and beach area was very enjoyable. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful!

We loved this home! Its seawall patios were amazing. We spent most of our time enjoying the Lake, watching sunrises and sunsets, and just being together with kids and grandkids on the beautiful deck. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a great vacation. Our granddaughter loved talking to the refrigerator(“Hi Bixby!”)😋 and the kids enjoyed the huge projection TV downstairs. As a family we explored the quaint town, played mini golf, ate too much ice cream and created wonderful memories. Thank you.
